Construction begins on the Happiness Bridge 9.

(CT) - The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Trung Hung commune and the Trung Hung Commune Youth Union recently coordinated to hold a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Hanh Phuc 9 bridge, located in Thanh Phu 2 hamlet, Trung Hung commune (formerly Ba Gura bridge).

According to the leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, the old bridge was narrow, making travel and transportation of goods difficult for the people. The new Hanh Phuc 9 bridge is 24m long, 4m wide, made of reinforced concrete, and has a load capacity of 5 tons; it is expected to be completed after 2 months of construction.

The project, with a total construction cost of 250 million VND, was funded through social mobilization. Of this amount, the Tuệ Tâm VH Group contributed 180 million VND, and local people and philanthropists contributed 70 million VND. In addition, the Tuệ Tâm VH Group also provided 10 million VND to install a lighting system for the Hạnh Phúc 9 bridge and donated gifts to people in difficult circumstances.
