Speaking at the seminar, Ms. Pham Thi Thinh, Deputy Director and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the National Political Publishing House, said that on this momentous occasion, the publishing house has released more than 20 publications and organized many scientific seminars and discussions to review the patriotic traditions and revolutionary spirit of the nation. These activities contribute to affirming the victory of the resistance war against the US, culminating in the Great Victory of Spring 1975, as the result of the correct, independent, and wise leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam .

The seminar also served as an opportunity to recall the heroic achievements of our army and people during the historic Spring, to continue educating about revolutionary traditions, and to awaken patriotism and national pride, especially in the younger generation.

At the seminar, Major General, Doctor, and writer Nguyen Hong Thai and Doctor Nguyen Cong Dung shared the distinctive features and value of the book. "The Last Minutes at the White House" compiles internal documents and minutes of the US government, including top-secret files from the Pentagon and the US Department of Defense , revealing key developments in the collapse of the Saigon regime and reflecting the strategic failure of the US in Vietnam.
