The televised program "The Triumphal Song Resounds Forever" took place at three significant locations: Thong Nhat Park (Hanoi) - a historical symbol of the aspiration for peace and the reunification of North and South Vietnam; the special national historical site of Hien Luong - Ben Hai area (Quang Tri) - a symbol of the will and aspiration for independence and freedom of the Vietnamese people who deeply love peace; and Saigon Riverfront Park (Ho Chi Minh City) - a connection between tradition and modernity, showcasing the vitality of a heroic, dynamic, and creative city.

With three chapters – “Aspiration for Peace,” “Will for Independence and Unification,” and “We Proudly March Forward! Oh Vietnam!” – the televised program “The Triumphal Song Resounds Forever” presented viewers with grand and spectacular performances staged in the three regions of North, Central, and South Vietnam, featuring live performances, dramatizations, and musical acts recreating the glorious history of the nation.

The audience enjoyed many timeless songs such as: "The Song by the Hien Luong River", "Liberating the South", "The Construction Site Resounds with Song", "The Distant Land", "Aspiration", "Hanoi, Faith and Hope", "Marching Towards Saigon", "As if Uncle Ho were present on the day of great victory", "We proudly march forward! Oh Vietnam"...

Contributing to the recreation of the country's glorious historical years are documentaries spanning 20 years, featuring numerous historical witnesses, helping viewers, especially young people, understand the historical context that forced our people to take up arms to defend independence, demonstrating the will that "Nothing is more precious than independence and freedom!".

These included reports on the North's support for the South, the send-off ceremony for the Youth Volunteer Corps at the Hanoi Opera House, the role of the Ho Chi Minh Trail, the Tet Offensive of 1968, the Battle of Quang Tri in 1972, the Hanoi-Dien Bien Phu air battle in 1972, the Paris Agreement in 1973, and the Spring Offensive and Uprising of 1975…

Honoring the past, moving forward into the future.

What moved the audience was the story from the Ho Chi Minh City location, where a former American soldier handed over a memento he had kept to the family of a fallen soldier in Vietnam.

Adolph Novello, during his time in the Vietnam War, retained many documents. He brought these mementos and papers back to the United States, keeping them in a box for 50 years, with the wish to return them to the relatives of fallen soldiers. The meeting and handover of these mementos to the relatives on stage was a deeply emotional highlight, showcasing understanding, empathy, and a desire to close the chapter on the past and look towards the future.
