Arouse the spirit of competition

Towards the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress scheduled to take place in December 2025, localities in the province simultaneously deployed many exciting and practical emulation activities, creating a widespread atmosphere.

Chiem Hoa commune inaugurated the lighting road project in Na Bo village, welcoming the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress.

In Sa Phin commune, the Commune Fatherland Front Committee actively mobilized cadres and people to join hands to contribute to concretizing the key road in Then Van village. The project has a total length of over 800 meters and a width of 1.5 meters. The total construction cost is 150 million VND, mobilized from socialized sources and hundreds of voluntary labor days of local people. Up to now, the road has been completed ahead of schedule and officially put into use, bringing great joy to the people. The project demonstrates the spirit of solidarity and responsibility of the Party Committee, Fatherland Front and mass organizations of Sa Phin commune, vividly demonstrating the effectiveness of patriotic emulation movements that are spreading widely in the area.

In Son Duong commune, the workload after the administrative boundary merger has increased significantly. To ensure the progress of administrative procedure settlement and good implementation of assigned tasks, the People's Committee of Son Duong commune issued a document calling on all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to uphold the spirit of responsibility, focus on completing work, strengthen coordination, work with high intensity, effectively, and take advantage of all time to complete tasks. 100% of cadres, civil servants and public employees of the commune have registered to compete to complete tasks in 2025, in which many people voluntarily work extra on Saturdays and Sundays.

In the period of 2020 - 2025, patriotic emulation movements in the province were widely and effectively deployed at all levels, sectors, economic sectors, armed forces and people. Before the merger, the whole province had 139 communes meeting new rural standards, including 21 advanced new rural communes and 8 model new rural communes. The multidimensional poverty rate decreased by an average of about 5%/year, more than 70,000 poor households were supported to escape poverty compared to the beginning of the term. The whole province completed nearly 40,000 temporary and dilapidated houses for poor households in the period of 2021 - 2025, contributing to improving the quality of life of people, especially people in mountainous, remote, border and particularly difficult areas.

The meaningful projects and tasks being implemented in localities in the province not only practically welcome the Patriotic Emulation Congress but also contribute to creating motivation to promote emulation movements to go deeper and deeper, bringing about clear results. From specific actions, the spirit of patriotic emulation is being strongly aroused, spreading to every hamlet and residential area, creating a combined strength for localities to successfully complete political tasks in 2025 and the following years.
