Focus intensely on the election.

On the morning of March 11th, in Ham Yen commune, the Election Committee for the 20th term of the Provincial People's Council, 2026-2031 term, Unit No. 4, held a meeting to implement several tasks and contents regarding the election of representatives to the 16th National Assembly and representatives to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in eight communes: Xuan Van, Luc Hanh, Yen Nguyen, Binh Xa, Ham Yen, Thai Son, Thai Hoa, and Hung Duc.

A general overview of the working session.

Comrade Nguyen Manh Tuan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Election Committee, and Head of the Provincial People's Council Election Committee for Unit No. 4, chaired the meeting. Attending the meeting were: Comrade Mai Duc Thong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of Tuyen Quang Newspaper and Radio and Television, Member of the Provincial Election Steering Committee, and Member of the Provincial Election Committee; Comrade Vu Ngoc Khanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Affairs, Member of the Provincial Election Committee; and members of the Provincial People's Council Election Committee for Unit No. 4.

Comrade Mai Duc Thong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of Tuyen Quang Newspaper and Radio and Television, Member of the Provincial Election Steering Committee, and Member of the Provincial Election Committee, delivered a speech at the working session.

According to the report, the Provincial People's Council Election Committee for electoral unit No. 4 has, to date, proactively implemented election-related tasks in the communes in a timely manner, ensuring progress, compliance with the law, and adherence to the directives of the Provincial Election Committee. The process of receiving and distributing documents and supplies, and handing over seals to the Election Committees and Polling Stations, has been carried out thoroughly. Security and order during the election have been strictly maintained. Election day facilities have been selected at convenient and safe locations. Decorations and ceremonial arrangements at the polling stations have been dignified and in accordance with regulations, creating a joyful atmosphere.

During the meeting, local leaders reported on the difficulties and obstacles they faced and proposed solutions to ensure that the election day proceeds as smoothly as possible.

Comrade Nguyen Manh Tuan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Election Committee, Head of the Provincial People's Council Election Committee for Unit No. 4, and the working group inspected the list of candidates and voters at the polling station in Cong Doi village.

In his concluding remarks, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Manh Tuan, acknowledged and commended the proactive and responsible spirit of the political systems in the communes in preparing for the election. With little time remaining until election day, Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan requested that localities focus intensely on key tasks: Strengthening visual propaganda combined with mobile information and social media platforms; and organizing effective election campaigns for candidates in accordance with the law.

In particular, communes need to continue reviewing, updating, and perfecting the voter list, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and absolutely no duplication or omissions. The comrade also noted that units should proactively develop plans to ensure political security, social order and safety, technical logistics, and disaster prevention and control before, during, and after election day. Localities need to closely monitor the production and business situation of enterprises in their areas to develop a scientific plan for organizing elections for workers. Party committees and authorities at all levels should closely monitor the grassroots, carefully review the distributed documents and supplies, and complete all necessary conditions to ensure the election proceeds smoothly, safely, and truly becomes a great festival for the entire population...
