Mr. Cam Van Hoang shared his experience in caring for coffee plants with members of the Cooperative.

In 2018, Mr. Hoang worked at Phuc Sinh Son La Joint Stock Company, a large enterprise in the field of coffee processing and export. Nearly six years of work helped him accumulate valuable experience in production techniques, processing, quality management, and understanding market demands. However, his greatest aspiration remains to directly create clean products that embody the authentic flavor of Son La coffee.

In July 2023, Mr. Hoang participated in the "One Village, One Economic Model" program. He mobilized several households to establish the Sang Na Tre Village Agricultural Cooperative with 11 initial members. The cooperative's goal is not only to link together to produce clean coffee, but also to build a brand, package the product, and find a stable market outlet.

Officially establishing his business in March 2024, he dedicated all his time and effort to the production and management of the cooperative. With over 2 hectares of his family's existing coffee plantation, Mr. Hoang boldly adopted a sustainable farming model: intercropping with fruit trees to provide shade, reduce pests and diseases, and retain soil moisture; while using only organic fertilizers instead of chemical fertilizers, reducing input costs and ensuring the quality and long-term development of the coffee plants. To date, the cooperative has grown to 18 members, cultivating 30 hectares of coffee, following a clean production process, using only organic fertilizers, and only harvesting ripe fruit to guarantee quality.

Mr. Cam Van Hoang shared his experience in caring for coffee plants with members of the cooperative.

Sharing about the cooperative's coffee processing process, Mr. Cam Van Hoang said: After harvesting, the coffee is washed, peeled, naturally fermented, and dried on mesh racks in a greenhouse to prevent impurities. Then, it is roasted and ground using a modern machine system, preserving its aroma and distinctive flavor. The product is packaged, labeled, and marketed, receiving high praise from customers for its quality, building trust and a competitive advantage. The cooperative is expanding its market within the province and to customers in major cities. The cooperative's revenue reaches nearly 8 billion VND per year, with members earning between 400 and 600 million VND per year.

Mr. Nguyen Hai Son, Chairman of the People's Committee of Chieng Mai commune, assessed: The model of the Sang Na Tre Agricultural Cooperative, headed by Mr. Cam Van Hoang, not only helps to increase the value of local coffee but also contributes to changing the production mindset of the people from fragmented and small-scale to linked production and brand building. This is a sustainable direction that the commune encourages and will continue to support in the future.

With initial success as motivation, Mr. Cam Van Hoang continues to demonstrate his role as a dynamic and creative cooperative leader, expanding the production, processing, and consumption chain of coffee, helping farmers prosper, and bringing the flavor of local coffee to wider markets.
