Along with the cultural center, sports field, village communal house, pagoda, church, and other community facilities, this place creates a healthy cultural space, meeting the needs for physical training, social interaction, and organizing the National Unity Day to strengthen community bonds.”

Stemming from the fact that many residential areas in the ward lack suitable recreational and community spaces, the People's Committee of An Phong Ward is promoting the construction and renovation of green parks and public playgrounds, linked to the goal of urban beautification and improving the quality of life for residents.
