According to Vo Thanh Xuan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Vinh Binh commune, the entire commune has built 5 Ho Chi Minh Cultural Spaces. Based on actual conditions, each unit chooses a suitable form such as: displaying and exhibiting about the revolutionary life and activities of Uncle Ho; building a bookshelf about Uncle Ho; establishing a Ho Chi Minh cultural space in the online environment through an online museum, sharing images, videos , documents, and his teachings.

At Vinh Binh Bac 4 Primary School, the Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space library model, built nearly two years ago, has become a highlight in political and ideological education. According to the school's management board, in addition to printed materials, the school also integrates QR code scanning to link to the school's electronic information pages, social media, and Zalo Official account to expand the scope of learning.

At the headquarters of the Vinh Binh Commune Party Committee, political activities, document research, and the study of materials and stories about the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh are regularly organized. Although not large in area, the space is scientifically arranged, providing numerous documents, images, and files introducing the revolutionary activities of President Ho Chi Minh; displaying the Declaration of Independence, his Last Will and Testament, a collection of poems, and anecdotes about him via QR code. This is also a place where cadres, Party members, and the people come to offer incense in remembrance, and organize activities to educate about revolutionary traditions, patriotism, and national pride.

Local practice shows that this model has brought about a clear transformation in the awareness of cadres and Party members regarding the cultivation and training of moral qualities and political fortitude following the example of Uncle Ho; at the same time, it has enhanced the sense of responsibility in performing tasks. Party member Nguyen Van Trac - Party Branch of the Party Committee Office of Vinh Binh commune shared: “The images and documents displayed at the Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space help me understand more clearly about Uncle Ho's life and his career in national liberation. I remind myself to constantly train and complete the assigned tasks well.” Thanks to learning at the Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space, Party member Tran Thi Kim Hai - Party Branch of the Party Committee Office of Vinh Binh commune learned about a simple, approachable lifestyle, a sense of responsibility, and sharing in work.

The establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space has made a practical contribution to promoting the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style; fostering revolutionary ideals, patriotism, and national pride. This is an important spiritual driving force for the Party Committee and people of Vinh Binh commune to continue to unite and strive to successfully achieve the socio-economic development goals for 2026, building a homeland that is increasingly compassionate, peaceful, and prosperous.
