Recently, Truong Giang has been actively exercising and following a healthy diet to lose weight. By the end of 2024, he set a goal of losing 13 kg. As of November 2024, the actor had lost 11 kg. From 74 kg, Truong Giang has reduced his weight to just 63 kg. To change his appearance, Truong Giang had to go through a rigorous training process and follow a scientific diet. His wife, Nha Phuong, has always been by his side throughout this process. Every time he eats something, he takes a picture and sends it to his wife.
Regarding his reasons for losing weight, Truong Giang explained that he wanted to become more agile to better serve his work. Additionally, his father was ill and lost 13 kg, so he wanted to lose the same amount to encourage his father. Being body-shamed was another reason for his determination to lose weight.
"When people insult me, I can't just sit around thinking. Many people have always said I'm chubby but cute. From then on, I was determined to change," Truong Giang recounted.
