Located right in the administrative center of Thanh Hoa province, the Ho Chi Minh Memorial Cultural Area has long been a cultural destination with profound historical, political , and spiritual significance for the people of Thanh Hoa. More than just a place to visit and learn about the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh, it is also a "red address" for educating many generations about revolutionary traditions.

The structure, built on an area of ​​approximately 12,000 ^{square meters} , expresses the gratitude and respect of the Party Committee, government, and people of all ethnic groups in Thanh Hoa province towards the beloved President Ho Chi Minh . Amidst the lush, peaceful green space of the memorial area, it creates a special cultural highlight.

In 2018, the Ho Chi Minh Memorial Cultural Area was ranked as a provincial-level historical site and scenic spot by the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province. With its profound historical, cultural, and educational value, it is becoming a meaningful destination, contributing to fostering patriotism and national pride for present and future generations.
