The Ministry of Science and Technology will conduct inspections of both legal documents, including origin and conformity declarations, as well as on-site sample testing at production units, blending facilities, warehouses, and retail outlets. The planned inspection areas include Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Quang Ngai, Phu Tho, Thanh Hoa, and other localities with production, blending, warehouse, and distribution facilities for E10 bioethanol fuel, or those showing signs of quality or measurement risks.

Inspections help to promptly prevent and handle violations to protect consumer rights and stabilize the petroleum market. The Ministry of Science and Technology also requires that the inspection process be focused and closely coordinated among relevant agencies to avoid duplication and prevent obstruction of the legitimate business operations of enterprises.
