Regarding the conditions to buy social housing: the subjects mentioned above must fully satisfy the conditions for housing (have no house or have a house but the average area is less than 10 mXNUMX.2/People); residence (must have permanent residence registration or confirmation of temporary residence registration and confirmation of social insurance payment for 1 year or more in the province or city directly under the Central Government where the construction investment project is located. social housing); income (not subject to personal income tax, ie income less than or equal to 11 million dong, after deducting family circumstances 4,4 million dong/person). The investor is responsible for receiving the dossier, making a list of people expected to buy social housing and sending it to the construction department.
