Besides specialties like plums, tea, and milk, Moc Chau is also famous for many delicious local dishes. A highlight is stir-fried veal, with the main ingredient being veal from suckling pig. The dish is simply prepared: the meat is cut into bite-sized pieces, seasoned, and stir-fried in hot oil.
