Currently, many businesses operating in the mining and bauxite sectors are approaching the province to inquire about and propose investment opportunities. Although the investment plan has not been officially approved, the chances of success are very high.

Significant progress has also been made in the field of transportation infrastructure. In 2024, the entire province invested in the construction of approximately 196km of roads, raising the asphalt paving rate from 70% to 72.5%. With these results, Dak Nong is confident in exceeding the resolution's targets in this area.

Another positive achievement for Dak Nong is the approval of the Gia Nghia (Dak Nong) - Chon Thanh (Binh Phuoc) expressway project by the National Assembly . Although there were still some instances of complacency, delays, and reminders, we still strived to complete the assigned tasks to the highest possible level. This will be the foundation for us to perform even better in 2025,” emphasized Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi.

2025 is the final year of implementing the Resolution of the 12th Congress of the Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025. This is a crucial year, decisive for the province's socio-economic targets.

In 2024, Dak Nong's GRDP only reached 4.18%, 2.37 percentage points lower than planned. Total social investment in the province only reached VND 19,030 billion, achieving 95% of the target. By the end of 2024, Dak Nong's budget revenue reached approximately VND 2,950 billion, achieving 89% of the planned target.

Regarding solutions for achieving economic targets in 2025, the Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, Tran Dinh Ninh, emphasized that Dak Nong will focus on implementing many solutions.
