On the morning of December 5th, the delegation of National Assembly deputies from Ha Tinh province held a meeting with voters following the 6th session of the 15th National Assembly . At the conference, on behalf of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies, Deputy Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies Tran Dinh Gia reported to the voters on the results of the 6th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
After 22.5 working days (Phase 1 from October 23 to November 10, 2023; Phase 2 from November 20 to the morning of November 29, 2023), with a spirit of innovation, unity, democracy, intelligence, urgency, and high responsibility, the 6th Session of the 15th National Assembly has completed its entire agenda.
Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Tran Dinh Gia reported to voters on the results of the 6th Session.
The session passed 7 laws and 9 resolutions; gave third-level opinions on 1 draft law; gave second-level opinions on 1 draft law; and gave initial opinions on 8 other draft laws. It also conducted a vote of confidence for 44 individuals holding positions elected or approved by the National Assembly; carried out thematic supreme oversight; conducted interpellation and question-and-answer sessions; considered and decided on socio- economic issues and the state budget; reviewed reports on the compilation of voter and citizen recommendations, reports on the results of monitoring the resolution of voter recommendations, and other important matters.
At the 6th Session, the delegation of National Assembly deputies from Ha Tinh province fully participated in all sessions and activities of the National Assembly's agencies and the delegation's organization. The delegation submitted 32 opinions that were highly appreciated by the session's chairman.
Voter Tran Xuan Son - Chairman of the People's Committee of Nam Ha Ward (Ha Tinh City) - expressed his opinion at the conference.
At the conference, voters expressed their opinions, focusing on issues such as: solutions and policies to care for, encourage, and support the teaching staff; continuing to call for and attract investment into the province; promptly establishing specific regulations to protect officials who "dare to think and act"; solutions to thoroughly prevent online fraud; and enhancing the role of farmers as key players in developing modern agriculture and building civilized rural areas.
Continue building a streamlined state administrative apparatus that operates effectively and efficiently; improve the operational efficiency of health stations – the grassroots level of healthcare – which are responsible for providing primary healthcare to the people; rationally reassign surplus personnel after the merger of administrative units; and improve the quality of vocational training for rural laborers in accordance with the actual situation...

Speaking at the conference, Central Party Committee Secretary and Chief of the Central Party Office Le Minh Hung assessed: The feedback from voters was highly responsible and closely aligned with reality. The Provincial National Assembly Delegation has fully understood, absorbed, and compiled the concerns and feedback of the voters.
For opinions and recommendations falling under the jurisdiction of the Central Government, the National Assembly delegation will compile them and send them to the relevant agencies for consideration, resolution, and response to the voters. For opinions and recommendations falling under the jurisdiction of the local authorities, the provincial authorities are requested to promptly consider and resolve them to meet the legitimate demands and aspirations of the people.
Members of Parliament and provincial leaders exchanged views with voters on the sidelines of the conference.
Comrade Le Minh Hung also provided additional information on some outstanding aspects of Party building and rectification; socio-economic development, national defense, security, foreign affairs and international integration of the country, along with orientations, tasks and solutions for the coming period.
The Chief of the Central Party Office requested that Party committees and authorities at all levels in Ha Tinh continue to closely monitor the grassroots, organize dialogues to listen to the thoughts and aspirations of the people, and promptly resolve their feedback and suggestions without delay or prolonged delays; and strengthen Party rectification and the fight against corruption and negative phenomena.
