Timely resolve people's feedback and recommendations

Party Central Committee Secretary and Chief of the Party Central Committee Office Le Minh Hung requested that Party committees and authorities at all levels in Ha Tinh continue to closely monitor grassroots levels and promptly resolve people's feedback and recommendations.

On the morning of December 5, the National Assembly Delegation of Ha Tinh province held a conference to meet voters after the 6th Session of the 15th National Assembly .

Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Tran Nhat Tan, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Tran Dinh Gia, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Van Ky chaired the conference.

Attending the conference were comrade Le Minh Hung - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief of the Party Central Committee Office; comrade Hoang Trung Dung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; comrade Tran The Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrade Vo Trong Hai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

At the conference, on behalf of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Tran Dinh Gia reported to voters the results of the 6th Session of the 15th National Assembly.

After 22.5 working days (phase 1 from October 23 to November 10, 2023; phase 2 from November 20 to the morning of November 29, 2023), with the spirit of innovation, solidarity, democracy, intelligence, urgency and high responsibility, the 6th Session of the 15th National Assembly completed the entire proposed program.

Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Tran Dinh Gia reported to voters the results of the 6th Session.

The session passed 7 laws, 9 resolutions, gave third opinions on 1 draft law, second opinions on 1 draft law, gave first opinions on 8 other draft laws; took a vote of confidence on 44 people holding positions elected or approved by the National Assembly; conducted thematic supreme supervision; conducted questions and answers; considered and decided on socio -economic and state budget issues; considered reports on synthesizing voters' and people's petitions, reports on the results of supervising the settlement of voters' petitions, and a number of other important contents.

At the 6th Session, the National Assembly Delegation of Ha Tinh province fully participated in all meetings and activities of the National Assembly agencies and the organizing delegation. The delegation had 32 comments that were highly appreciated by the session chairman.

Voter Tran Xuan Son - Chairman of Nam Ha Ward People's Committee (Ha Tinh City) spoke at the conference.

At the conference, voters expressed their opinions, focusing on issues such as: Having solutions and policies to care for, encourage and support the teaching staff; continuing to call for and attract investment into the province; soon specifying a mechanism to protect cadres who "dare to think, dare to do"; having solutions to thoroughly prevent fraud via social networks; enhancing the role of farmers as subjects in developing modern agriculture and building civilized rural areas.

Continue to build a streamlined state administrative apparatus that operates effectively and efficiently; improve the operational efficiency of health stations - grassroots health care lines, responsible for providing primary health care for the people; properly arrange redundant staff after merging administrative units; improve the quality of vocational training for rural workers in accordance with the actual situation...

Speaking at the conference, Party Central Committee Secretary and Chief of the Party Central Committee Office Le Minh Hung assessed: The contents of voters' reflections are very responsible and close to reality. The Provincial National Assembly Delegation has fully grasped, absorbed and synthesized the concerns and reflections of voters.

For opinions and recommendations under the authority of the Central Government, the National Assembly Delegation will synthesize and send them to agencies for consideration, resolution, and response to voters. For opinions and recommendations under the authority of localities, the province is requested to promptly consider and resolve them to meet the legitimate requests and aspirations of the people.

Comrade Le Minh Hung also informed about some highlights of Party building and rectification; socio-economic development, national defense, security, foreign affairs and international integration of the country, along with orientations, tasks and solutions for the coming time.

The Chief of the Party Central Office requested that Party committees and authorities at all levels in Ha Tinh continue to closely follow the grassroots, organize dialogues to listen to people's thoughts and aspirations, promptly resolve people's reflections and recommendations, avoid delays and prolongation; strengthen Party rectification, prevent corruption and negativity.

Continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, efforts, and determination to carry out the set goals and tasks, focusing on implementing the Provincial Planning; speed up the progress of implementing key projects and large investment projects to continue creating momentum for growth; promote agricultural restructuring towards commodity agriculture, high-tech agriculture, organic agriculture, and circular agriculture; synchronously carry out tasks and solutions on innovation and development of culture, education - training, health care, job creation, poverty reduction, social security, etc.
