Located along the western ring road connecting National Highway 1 to National Highway 14B, not far from the center of Da Nang city and Hoi An ancient town, Ha Dong village has a fairly convenient location for tourism connections.
As one of the travel companies specializing in organizing tours to rural areas of the city, Mr. Nguyen Trong Tuan, Director of Hoi An DMC Company, recognizes that the biggest advantage of Ha Dong village is its traditional chrysanthemum cultivation on a large scale and with a unique character.
Therefore, signing the cooperation agreement not only helps to bring interesting experiences of a typical Quang Nam countryside but also contributes to preserving the flower cultivation profession, evoking pride and motivation in each person so that they can confidently continue the craft.
“On this tour, visitors will cycle through country roads and rice fields, experiencing the life of the local people. They will visit a family that grows flowers, enjoy a cup of chrysanthemum tea, and experience the process from making pots to sowing seeds and pruning flowers… In addition, visitors will receive a relaxing massage with chrysanthemum essential oil and experience local cuisine before the program ends,” Mr. Tuan shared.
Mr. Nguyen Van Sau, a local resident, hopes that through tourism, the image of Ha Dong will be introduced and spread to tourists, promoting the sustainable development of flower cultivation, bringing more opportunities and livelihoods to the people, especially the younger generations.

Besides being famous for its chrysanthemums, Ha Dong village also boasts many unique temples, pagodas, and historical and cultural relics that can satisfy visitors.
According to Ms. Phan Thi Thai Hoa, Director of the Public Service Supply Center of Dien Ban Bac Ward, reviving tourism in Ha Dong flower village not only opens up new socio-economic development directions for the locality but also effectively preserves cultural values and improves the quality of life for the people.
"When people benefit from tourism, they will be more conscious of preserving the environment, conserving culture, and building a civilized lifestyle. The signing of this cooperation agreement between tourism businesses and the people of the flower village is the first step in realizing this goal," Ms. Hoa said.
Reportedly, following the signing, the local authorities will coordinate with businesses to invest in building unique experiential products, developing cultural spaces and check-in points, and elevating traditional festivals into tourism events.
At the same time, strengthen business connections; promote the image of Ha Dong; organize training and improve the capacity of local people in customer service skills, hygiene and safety, and especially build a story about the flower village associated with local cultural heritage, making it more attractive and appealing to visitors.
