Over the past period, the Provincial Business Association has supported more than 300 businesses in participating in trade promotion events and investment support in domestic and international markets.
Notable examples include the Vietnam-Laos-Thailand Business Forum; Investment Promotion Forums in Israel and Turkey; a trade networking program with Kanagawa province (Japan); the Thailand-to-Central Vietnam Investment Promotion Conference; and organizing business delegations to participate in market research and tourism combined with promotion in Japan, South Korea, Laos, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc.

From July 1st, 2025, when Quang Nam and Da Nang are reunited, the role of the Provincial Business Association will become even more important. Currently, Da Nang City does not have a business association, while many members of the Quang Nam Business Association live, have offices, and production facilities in Da Nang City. This is the first advantage for the activities of the Provincial Business Association in the initial period after the merger.
Regarding the future direction of the Provincial Business Association, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung stated: "In the past, the Provincial Business Association has done a good job fulfilling its assigned role and tasks, representing and voicing the opinions of the business community, connecting and organizing activities to help businesses develop together."

In the coming period, the Provincial Business Association needs to continue playing the role of a bridge between the government and the business community to convey information, orientations, and especially government policies to the business community, creating conditions for businesses to continue investing in production and business, expanding markets and developing their operations in Quang Nam province.”
For the 2025-2030 term, the Provincial Business Association has identified specific directions for its activities: Building a strong, professional, dynamic association that adapts flexibly to the trends of integration and digital transformation; promoting the role of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of businesses; and accompanying members in enhancing competitiveness, sustainable development, and social responsibility.

The association will continue to actively implement training and development activities to enhance management capacity, professional skills, and adaptability to the new context for the leadership, management, and personnel of member enterprises.
Information dissemination, consultation, and support for international economic integration, trade promotion, and investment networking for members will be strengthened. The role of policy critique and improvement of the investment and business environment through connections between businesses and provincial, ministerial, and departmental leaders, which has been effectively implemented in the past, will be further promoted in the future.
