Ban Phuong bamboo forest is located in Ban Phuong hamlet, Thanh Cong commune, Nguyen Binh district, Cao Bang province. The poetic scenery, eye-catching green color, fresh and cool air here can make visitors "lost" in the bamboo forest.
Bamboo forest is located about 35km from Nguyen Binh town. The forest is about 30ha wide.

Implementing the District Party Committee's program on tourism development for the 2020-2025 period, the locality has surveyed and selected to invest in the bamboo forest of Ban Phuong to become a destination on the tourism map of Nguyen Binh district.
Currently, in the bamboo forest area of Ban Phuong, the construction of a car road to serve tourists has been completed.
Regarding infrastructure serving tourists, there are parking lots, central rest houses, and huts located in the forest for tourists to rest, sightsee, and experience the fresh, cool air and the eye-catching green of the bamboo forest.
Investment in infrastructure to serve tourists is surveyed and calculated so as not to affect the natural space in the bamboo forest.
For example, the walking path system in the bamboo forest was constructed by casting concrete pieces, then digging the ground and placing the concrete pieces to create a path; the concrete road was not poured over the entire area, causing damage to the landscape of the bamboo forest.
Walking gently in the bamboo forest, breathing the fresh air, visitors' souls will feel strangely light and relaxed.
Along with Phja Oac peak, 1,931m high, ice and snow appear in winter when the temperature drops and humidity is high; Vai Khao community tourism village (in Tay and Nung languages, it means white buffalo), associated with the legend of the white buffalo returning to the village; Kolia eco-tourism area; Na Reo reporting house area of Dao ethnic people, Tam Hop hamlet, Thanh Cong commune; Phan Thanh grassland with an area of 600ha in Phan Thanh commune, Ban Phuong bamboo forest is an attractive destination, promising to soon help Nguyen Binh district break through, improve, and increase revenue from tourism and services.
