ABBank increased interest rates today
According to Lao Dong, on July 22, An Binh Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ABBank) issued a new interest rate schedule, recording alternating increases and decreases in some terms.
ABBank's online deposit interest rate table records the following changes:
The 1-month term interest rate remains at 3.2%/year.
The 3-month term interest rate increased by 0.1 percentage point to 4.1%/year.
6-month term interest rate decreased by 0.3 percentage points, at 5.3%/year.
The 9-month term interest rate decreased by 0.1 percentage point, to 5.7%/year.
12-month term interest rate increased by 0.2 percentage points, to 6.2%/year.
Interest rate for 18-36 month term is 5.7%/year.
ABBank's counter deposit interest rates are currently listed as follows:
1-month term interest rate is 3.0%/year.
3-month term interest rate is 3.4%/year.
6-month term interest rate is 4.6%/year.
9-month term interest rate is 4.2%/year.
12-month term interest rate at 5.4%/year.
Interest rate for 18-36 month term is 5.5%/year.
Before the interest rate increase, ABBank was the leading bank with the highest interest rate for a 12-month term. After the interest rate increase, ABBank "broke the previous peak" with an interest rate of 6.2%/year.
Thus, ABBank became the 16th bank to increase interest rates since the beginning of July.
As of July 25, the market recorded 16 banks increasing interest rates including: NCB, Eximbank, SeABank, VIB, BaovietBank, Saigonbank, VietBank, MB, BVBank, KienLong Bank, PVcomBank, VPBank, PGBank, Sacombank, BIDV , ABBank.
