The skills and experience needed to create journalistic works about Party building were shared with journalists in Ha Tinh by journalist Nguyen Bac Van, former Head of the Party Building Department (Nhan Dan Newspaper).
On the morning of October 24th, the Ha Tinh Provincial Journalists Association organized a training conference on writing about Party building. The conference was attended by representatives of the Provincial Journalists Association, as well as leaders, reporters, editors, and collaborators from media outlets in the area. Over the course of one day, nearly 80 trainees listened to journalist Nguyen Bac Van - former Head of the Party Building Department (Nhan Dan Newspaper) - impart basic and general content on Party building work; the principles of organization, operation, and leadership methods of the Party.

Journalist Bac Van also shared skills and experiences in creating engaging journalistic works about Party building; how to write political essays on protecting the Party's ideological foundation; and how to create works to participate in the Golden Hammer and Sickle Journalism Award competition...
During the training course, reporters, editors, and contributors also discussed the difficulties encountered in the process of reporting, identifying, and exploiting topics for writing about Party building.
Through the training course, reporters, editors, and collaborators from various media agencies have acquired many skills, methods, and experiences in creating works about Party building and high-quality works to participate in journalism awards, including the National Golden Hammer and Sickle Award and the Provincial Golden Hammer and Sickle Award.
