The Tan My Commune Party Committee always pays attention to implementing the grassroots democracy regulations well, creating conditions for people to participate in discussions and contribute opinions on the local development policies and tasks. Issues directly related to the rights and lives of the people are made public and transparent; the thoughts and aspirations of the people are listened to and resolved promptly.

Furthermore, mass mobilization work continues to be reformed in a way that is closer to the grassroots and strongly focused on residential areas. Thanks to this consensus, the local socio-economic development tasks have yielded positive results. In the 2025-2026 winter-spring crop season, the total food production of the entire commune reached over 8,000 tons. The locality has implemented a model of spraying pesticides using drones on 70 hectares of rice fields and carried out an emission reduction project on over 57 hectares, initially showing effectiveness and receiving positive feedback from the people.

In the forestry sector, the entire commune currently has nearly 1,700 hectares of FSC-certified production forests and 179.44 hectares of large timber forests, contributing to increased economic value and sustainable development. Trade, services, and small-scale handicrafts maintain their development momentum; poverty reduction and social security are given due attention.

In particular, promoting administrative reform, digital transformation, and improving the operational efficiency of the Commune Public Administrative Service Center has contributed to improving the quality of service to the people and facilitating the resolution of administrative procedures. In the first six months of 2026, the center received and processed 6,603 administrative procedure dossiers, serving nearly 9,800 citizens and organizations who came to transact business...

It is evident that studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style in Tan My commune is gradually becoming an important driving force promoting the sense of responsibility and service to the people among cadres and Party members. These changes, from awareness to action, from Party building to socio-economic development, are contributing to a new face for the locality on its development journey.
