A typical example is Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Chau (residing in Vinh Thanh hamlet, Vinh Hanh commune) who, thanks to applying an automatic sprinkler irrigation system powered by solar energy, saved production costs, helping his 2 hectares of custard apple trees develop stably and increasing production efficiency.

Committees, departments, mass organizations, and local governments have effectively implemented grassroots democracy regulations, reformed administrative procedures, resolved citizens' complaints and denunciations, reformed working methods, and improved the sense of responsibility and service attitude of cadres, civil servants, and public employees. The "Effective Mass Mobilization" emulation movement in Chau Thanh district has spread throughout social life and become a common movement of the entire political system, with the consensus and participation of all strata of the people. Last year, Chau Thanh district implemented 208 out of 231 registered "Effective Mass Mobilization" models (154 collective models, 54 individual models); and achieved 177 out of 203 "Effective Mass Mobilization in New Rural Development and Advanced New Rural Development" models in 4 areas: economy, culture and society , national defense and security, and building the political system, with a total value of over 16 billion VND.
