137 Tet gifts were distributed to residents of Bat Xat commune.

On the morning of January 30th, the Bat Xat Border Guard Station, in coordination with Bat Xat commune and other participating units and businesses, organized the "Spring Border Guard Program: Warming the Hearts of the Local People" in 2026.

The "Spring Border Guard Program: Warming the Hearts of Local People" is a meaningful activity, demonstrating the affection and responsibility of border guards in caring for policy beneficiary families, poor households, and households with particularly difficult circumstances during Tet (Lunar New Year), contributing to helping people have a warmer and more fulfilling Tet holiday.

As part of the program, the organizing committee presented 137 Tet gifts, each worth approximately 1 million VND (including cash and goods), to disadvantaged people and students in Bat Xat commune.

On this occasion, the Bat Xat Border Guard Station also coordinated the organization of free medical examinations and provided free medicine to nearly 200 people; set up a "Zero-Cost Booth," organized lively cultural and sports activities, and held an early Tet celebration with the local people.

In 2025, the Bat Xat Border Guard Station mobilized various resources to organize social welfare activities aimed at people in difficult circumstances in the border area. Notable examples include supporting the livelihoods and production development of families; sponsoring and supporting students through programs such as "Helping Children Go to School" and "Godmother Program"; and working together to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses for households in the area.
