Over the past years, the Party Cell of the Center for ContinuingEducation (Party Cell of the Department of Education and Training) has compiled and collected questions on "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" and put them into multiple-choice software; organized the "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" contest for cadres, party members and students on the computer system, attracting 100% of cadres, party members and a large number of students to participate in learning, researching and studying. At the same time, the Party Cell organized a writing contest on Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle associated with the direction of individual training, then selected good articles to display on the bulletin board of the Party Cell and Youth Union. The center also prints pictures of places related to Uncle Ho's life and career, with specific captions, and hangs them in front of classrooms and offices to remind cadres, party members, students and trainees of his contributions to the country.

The contest "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" is held annually by the Center for Continuing Education to celebrate Uncle Ho's birthday.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tuan, Secretary of the Party Cell of the Center for Continuing Education, said: "The Party Cell periodically organizes thematic activities, with many contents such as: improving the quality of Party Cell activities; improving political theory, professional expertise for cadres, party members and workers at the center; introducing good and practical works of President Ho Chi Minh to cadres and party members for study and research... The Party Cell was selected by the Party Committee of the Department of Education and Training as a typical activity unit of the Party Committee".

For the Party Cell of the Organization - Administration - Information and Documentation Department (under the Provincial Political School Party Committee), the Party Cell has successfully implemented the task of telling a story about Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in monthly regular meetings. Stories about Uncle Ho help Party members draw lessons for themselves about dedication in work, thrift habits, keeping trust, valuing time, caring and sharing with colleagues... Thereby, lecturers apply in teaching practice, creating excitement for students and new vitality in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.

Administrative Party Cell 2 (Party Committee of Ca Mau General Hospital) has initiatives on: Managing practitioners to issue practice certificates using the website platform "Monday.com"; Applying DOCS.GOOGLE software in managing existing medical records of clinical departments; Designing tool shelves to replace tool trays when performing sputum suction techniques at the Department of Intensive Care and Anti-Poison; Warnings in prescribing drugs at Ca Mau General Hospital using VNPT-HIS hospital management software... contributing to improving service quality, building a friendly working environment, and scientific medical examination and treatment processes.

Implementing the "Studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh", Mr. Tran Van Thuan, Party cell member, Head of the Economic - Social Department of the Provincial Farmers' Association, participated in writing the initiative "Solutions for propagating and mobilizing agricultural cooperatives to link production effectively", bringing efficiency to the unit. Mr. Thuan coordinated with the association at all levels to propagate, mobilize and raise awareness of members and farmers about the nature, role and importance of the collective economy.

“I always keep in mind that learning from Uncle Ho means looking at his example to adjust myself, do well the assigned work and practice ethics and lifestyle,” he shared. Practicing this, Mr. Thuan actively propagates and mobilizes farmers to understand the benefits and importance of linking and cooperating in production and product consumption to improve efficiency, creating trust, inspiring and arousing the desire to rise up of many farmers. Since then, farmers have actively participated in various forms of cooperation; the number of branches and professional associations has continuously increased, which is the basis for establishing cooperatives and cooperatives.

For Lecturer Vu Kim Loan, a Party member of the Party Building Faculty (under the Provincial Political School Party Committee), learning from Uncle Ho makes her teaching work better. She incorporates stories about Uncle Ho into the teaching program, creating excitement and usefulness for students. Through the 2022 quality assessment, the Civil Affairs Party Committee has 13 units that have excellently completed their tasks, 64 units that have well completed their tasks, and 12 grassroots party organizations that have well completed their tasks; there are no weak grassroots party organizations.
