Over the years, the Party Cell of the Center for Continuing Education (under the Party Committee of the Department of Education and Training) has compiled and collected questions on "Studying and Following the Ideology, Morality, and Style of Ho Chi Minh" and incorporated them into a quiz software; organized a competition on "Studying and Following the Ideology, Morality, and Style of Ho Chi Minh" among cadres, Party members, and students on a computer system, attracting 100% of cadres, Party members, and a large number of students to participate in learning, researching, and studying. At the same time, the Party Cell organized a writing competition on the ideology, morality, and style of Ho Chi Minh, linked to individual self-improvement, and then selected the best entries to display on the bulletin board of the Party Cell and the Youth Union. The center also prints images of landmarks related to President Ho Chi Minh's life and career, with specific captions, and displays them in front of classrooms and offices to remind cadres, party members, and students of his contributions to the country.

The "Learning and Following the Ideology, Morality, and Style of Ho Chi Minh" competition is organized annually by the Center for Continuing Education to commemorate the anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tuan, Secretary of the Party Branch of the Continuing Education Center, said: “The Party branch regularly organizes thematic meetings with many contents such as: improving the quality of Party branch meetings; enhancing political theory and professional skills for cadres, Party members and workers at the center; introducing good and practical works of President Ho Chi Minh to cadres and Party members for study and research... The Party branch has been selected by the Party Committee of the Department of Education and Training as a model unit for Party activities.”

For the Party Cell of the Organization - Administration - Information and Documentation Department ( thuộc the Party Committee of the Provincial Political School), the cell has successfully implemented the practice of telling a story about Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style during monthly regular meetings. These stories about Uncle Ho help Party members draw lessons for themselves regarding dedication to work, thrift, keeping promises, valuing time, caring for and sharing with colleagues, etc. Through this, lecturers apply these lessons in their teaching practice, creating interest for students and a new spirit in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style.

It is an effective solution for building cadres and Party members who are both politically sound and professionally competent, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new era.

The Administrative Branch 2 (Party Committee of Ca Mau General Hospital) has initiatives such as: managing practitioners and issuing professional practice certificates using the "Monday.com" website platform; applying DOCS.GOOGLE software in managing patient records in clinical departments; designing instrument racks to replace instrument trays when performing sputum suctioning techniques in the Intensive Care and Toxicology Department; and providing warnings in prescribing medications at Ca Mau General Hospital using the VNPT-HIS hospital management software... contributing to improving service quality, building a friendly working environment, and establishing scientific medical examination and treatment procedures.

Implementing the "Learning and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh," Mr. Tran Van Thuan, Party Committee member and Head of the Economic and Social Affairs Committee of the Provincial Farmers' Association, participated in writing the initiative "Solutions for promoting and mobilizing agricultural cooperatives to link production effectively," which brought benefits to the unit. Mr. Thuan coordinated with various levels of the association to propagate, mobilize, and raise awareness among members and farmers about the nature, role, and importance of the collective economy.

“I have always believed that learning from Uncle Ho means reflecting on his example to adjust oneself, doing the assigned work well, and cultivating morality and lifestyle,” he shared. In practice, Mr. Thuan actively propagated and mobilized farmer members to understand the benefits and importance of linkage and cooperation in production and product consumption to improve efficiency. This has created trust and inspired many farmer members to strive for success. As a result, farmer members actively participate in various forms of cooperation; the number of branches and professional groups has continuously increased, laying the foundation for the establishment of cooperatives and associations.

For Lecturer Vu Kim Loan, a Party member of the Party Building Department's Party Branch ( thuộc the Provincial Political School Party Committee), learning from President Ho Chi Minh helps improve her teaching. She incorporates stories about President Ho Chi Minh into her teaching programs, creating interest and benefit for students. In carrying out her duties, she always adheres to the principle of learning from teachers to become better teachers and students to become better teachers. Last year, she had 5 initiatives serving teaching and scientific research recognized by the Political School's grassroots-level initiative recognition council; and won the A prize in the writing competition on protecting the Party's ideological foundation and combating erroneous and hostile viewpoints, organized by the Provincial Steering Committee 35.

According to the 2022 quality assessment, the Party Committee of the People's Government had 13 units that excellently completed their tasks, 64 units that satisfactorily completed their tasks, and 12 grassroots party organizations that satisfactorily completed their tasks; there were no weak grassroots party organizations. Comrade Truong Dang Khoa, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Committee of the People's Government, noted that practical experience shows that wherever the Party committee, party organization, and leaders of agencies and enterprises pay attention to directing the implementation of "Studying and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh," there are many practical movements, internal unity, the sense of responsibility of cadres, party members, civil servants, and workers is enhanced, and the efficiency of work and production and business activities is sustainable and developing.
