In 2024, in the town, there were 20 collectives and over 370 individuals who registered to work following Uncle Ho, the employment rate of party members and cadres reached over 90% (those who did not register to work following Uncle Ho were exempted from activities). Through studying and following Uncle Ho, the ideology of cadres and party members has changed positively, and the monthly party cell activities have been of better quality. To concretize the implementation of Directive No. 05, the residential group Party Cell, the Front Working Committee and mass organizations in the residential groups have actively propagated and mobilized people to enthusiastically compete in labor production, promote economic development and participate in patriotic emulation movements. In 2023, the total food output of the whole town reached over 3,800 tons; over 55 hectares of production forests were newly planted; livestock farming developed stably with a total herd of over 23,300 cattle and poultry; The whole town has over 100 general retail service establishments, ensuring to meet the consumption needs of local people, with an average income of over 53 million VND/person/year. Notably, in 2023, the town's Party Committee and government called on philanthropists to install solar power for 12 households without electricity in Don Ba residential group. In 2023, Lang Can town mobilized people to donate nearly 2 hectares of agricultural land and forest land to build roads and intra-field canals.
