As a model Party branch in studying and following the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh, the Ban Khien residential area Party branch has actively promoted propaganda and education, raising awareness, ideology, ethics, and lifestyle among all Party members; integrating the content of studying and following Uncle Ho's teachings into Party branch meetings and thematic discussions; and improving the effectiveness of political and social organizations in the residential area. At the same time, it has focused on promoting the pioneering and exemplary role of Party members in participating in economic development, mobilizing people to donate land for road expansion, and building rural transportation systems. As a result, the study and emulation of Uncle Ho's teachings in the Ban Khien residential area Party branch has achieved many positive results.

Leading us on a tour of the newly upgraded and expanded roads in the residential area, Mr. Nguyen Van Giao, Secretary of the Party Branch and Head of the residential group in Ban Khien village, enthusiastically stated: "The wide and convenient roads for the people are thanks to the widespread influence of Party members and the people in the village in learning from and following President Ho Chi Minh's teachings. The Party Branch, along with Party members and the people, have actively contributed labor, funds, and land to expand roads, build flower-lined streets, and contribute to building a bright, green, clean, and beautiful residential area. As a result, many rural roads in the residential group have been upgraded and expanded; many households have even voluntarily dismantled auxiliary structures, fences, and gates, donated land, and contributed money and labor to expand and upgrade the roads."

The study and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh's teachings within the Party Committee of Lang Can town has shifted from mere learning to vigorous implementation, strongly linked to promoting socio -economic development, accelerating administrative reforms, addressing pressing issues among cadres and the people, and creating a ripple effect throughout the town.

Comrade Tran Cong Nguyen, Secretary of the Party Committee of Lang Can town, said: In implementing Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo , the town's Party Committee has closely followed the thematic guidelines for the entire term, annual guidelines, and breakthrough areas to implement the directive. 100% of the Party branches have developed specific plans, appropriate to the local situation. Each cadre and Party member, especially the heads of Party committees, government agencies, mass organizations, and Party branches, has set a good example in fulfilling their assigned responsibilities and tasks. From there, they have led, directed, and mobilized the people to participate in labor and production emulation, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality.

One of the key areas of focus is linking the study and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh's teachings with the implementation of socio-economic development tasks. This includes concentrating on building, developing, and replicating effective economic models, considering this a breakthrough to create significant changes and truly integrate the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style into daily life.

In 2024, 20 collectives and over 370 individuals in the town registered to follow President Ho Chi Minh's teachings, with over 90% of Party members and officials participating (those not registered were exempt from Party activities). Through studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's teachings, the thinking of Party members and officials has positively transformed, and monthly Party branch meetings have become more effective. Specifically, in implementing Directive No. 05, the Party branches in residential areas, the Front Committee, and mass organizations in residential areas have actively propagated and mobilized the people to enthusiastically participate in labor and production emulation, boost economic development, and participate in patriotic emulation movements. In 2023, the total food production in the town reached over 3,800 tons; over 55 hectares of production forest were newly planted; and livestock farming developed steadily with a total herd of over 23,300 head of livestock and poultry. The entire town has over 100 general retail establishments, ensuring that the consumption needs of local people are met, with an average income of over 53 million VND per person per year. Notably, in 2023, the town's Party Committee and government appealed to philanthropists to install solar power for 12 households in Don Ba residential area that previously lacked electricity. Also in 2023, Lang Can town mobilized the people to donate nearly 2 hectares of agricultural and forest land for the construction of roads and irrigation canals.

Through the concrete, practical, and effective actions of the Lang Can Town Party Committee, the study and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh's teachings have spread widely among all cadres, Party members, and the people in the area. This has gradually improved the effectiveness of building a clean and strong Party and government organization, contributing to promoting socio-economic development and improving the lives of the people.
