One of the typical models of Brigade 203 is the model of "4 Good Party Cells" with specific criteria: Good leadership, good management, good education, good life. According to Lieutenant Colonel Luu Van Thuat, Political Commissar of Brigade 203, this model not only focuses on improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Cell but also focuses on building a healthy cultural environment, taking care of the material and spiritual life of cadres and Party members. To achieve these criteria, each Party Cell has proactively developed specific plans and measures, suitable to the characteristics of its unit, and regularly inspected, evaluated, and learned from experience to continuously improve.

Along with the model of "4 Good Party Cells", Brigade 203 also successfully built the model of "3 Best Units" with the following criteria: Best training, strictest discipline, best cultural life. This model focuses on improving the quality of training, combat readiness, building a regular routine, training discipline, and at the same time creating a healthy and rich cultural environment, meeting the needs of enjoying spiritual culture of officers and soldiers. To effectively implement this model, the Brigade has promoted emulation movements, built cultural and sports works, organized cultural-artistic, physical education and sports activities, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere throughout the unit. With effective methods, the Brigade has turned studying and following Uncle Ho into a widespread movement, improving the overall quality and combat strength of the unit.

In addition to the above typical models, Brigade 203 also has many other creative and effective ways of doing things, such as: The movement "Listen to the people, speak so that the people understand, make the people believe" demonstrates the spirit of the Army serving the people. Activities of "repaying gratitude", "remembering the source of water when drinking", the model of "Military-Civilian Village" express deep gratitude to those who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland. In addition, activities to help people eliminate hunger, reduce poverty, build new rural areas, prevent and combat natural disasters and epidemics, contribute to strengthening the increasingly close military-civilian relationship.

Lieutenant Colonel Luu Van Thuat added: The models and creative ways of studying and following Uncle Ho at Brigade 203 all come from practical work, training and unit building. Creativity and flexibility in applying theory to practice, attention to the lives of officers and soldiers and close attachment to the people are valuable lessons that Brigade 203 has learned. The effective ways of Brigade 203 have brought about practical results, which have been replicated throughout the Corps; making an important contribution to building Brigade 203 to become increasingly strong and comprehensive, meeting the requirements of the task of protecting the Fatherland in the new situation.
