Launched in 2015, the “SeABankers for Children” program has been increasingly expanded with a variety of activities, such as: Awarding scholarships to poor students who overcome difficulties to encourage their learning spirit and support them to go to school; building and repairing schools and classrooms, especially in remote and disadvantaged areas; donating textbooks, notebooks and school supplies to students; donating teaching equipment to support centers; building mini libraries; organizing zero-dong kitchens; planting trees...
The footsteps of SeABank volunteer groups have left their mark in many provinces and cities across the country, from the plains to the mountains, from urban areas to remote areas, where both living and learning conditions are lacking.

During the journey, more than 10,000 gifts were given, more than 5,000 children received scholarships and school supplies, more than 30 schools were repaired, newly built, and equipped with essential teaching equipment. Tens of thousands of books, notebooks, warm clothes, blankets, shoes and other necessities were given to children in the highlands, helping them to be more confident on their path to study. To date, the total cost of the program is more than 4.5 billion VND - all from the voluntary contributions of more than 5,300 SeABank officers and employees nationwide.

Ms. Le Thu Thuy, Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of SeABank, said: “We always keep in mind that the value of an organization lies not only in its business results but also in its contributions to society. “SeABankers for Children” is a clear demonstration of that. We are committed to continuing our charitable journey, bringing a bright future to many Vietnamese children.”

In addition, 2025 is also a milestone for the continuation of the journey of spreading love and supporting the dreams of Vietnamese children when it marks a decade since the "Nurturing Dreams" Scholarship Fund was officially established (2015). Over the past 10 years, the Fund has accompanied 209 poor and studious students on their journey to conquer knowledge, through the form of awarding periodic scholarships worth 1 million VND/month until the end of high school and increased to 1.5 million VND/month from 2025.
To date, the Fund has supported nearly 13 billion VND with the goal of helping Vietnamese children achieve their dreams. Not just financial support, each scholarship is also a word of encouragement, a handshake full of trust from SeABank staff who are always ready to share. To date, 59 of them have graduated from high school, many of them continue to study at university and college, opening the door to dreams that once seemed far away.
