Right from the beginning of 2025, the Party Committee of the Station issued a specialized Resolution on improving the effectiveness of the implementation of Project 1371; developing a specific implementation plan, close to the characteristics of each commune, village and each subject such as: Places with high risk of law violations; vulnerable groups that are easily lured and enticed, in which, the unit proactively compiled documents and outlines for propaganda with the right focus and key points. Strengthening guidance to improve communication skills and legal expertise for the staff; assigning tasks, each officer and soldier with qualifications, experience, understanding of customs and ethnic languages assigned to the area is responsible for propagating the law by topic, ensuring brevity, easy to understand and easy to remember.

The unit's good and creative way of implementing Project 1371 is to deploy 4 typical models: "Anonymous email box to report crimes and illegal immigration"; compile leaflets, brochures, billboards, posters of the Vietnam Border Law and documents guiding its implementation; border lessons; apply information technology in propaganda and dissemination of laws to the people.

Officers of Vang Ma Chai Border Guard Station disseminated andeducated the law and guided traders at Si Choang market to scan QR codes to access legal documents, look up administrative procedures, and online public services.

Captain Nguyen Duy Khanh, Deputy Political Commissar of Vang Ma Chai Border Guard Station, shared that in addition to the number of leaflets and brochures distributed annually by the Provincial Border Guard Command according to Project 1371, since February 2025, the unit has implemented a model of compiling over 350 leaflets, brochures, billboards, and posters of the Vietnam Border Guard Law and documents guiding its implementation with concise, succinct, and easy-to-understand content to distribute to people, agencies, and units in the area. Through the model of "Anonymous email box for reporting crimes and illegal immigration", in addition to being able to provide information and report on the security and order situation without having to go directly to the Station, people can also learn about the Vietnam Border Guard Law and border documents.

For the model of "Application of information technology" in the work of propagating and disseminating the law to the people, the unit has established a group of green-uniformed teachers to promote digital transformation and the "Digital Popular Education" Movement by regularly updating information, creating videos and clips with concise, easy-to-understand legal content, close to people's lives on fanpages, zalo groups and instructing people to scan QR codes to access legal documents, look up administrative procedures, and online public services. The unit organized a session for over 40 officers and soldiers to deploy the "Digital Popular Education" Movement, setting up 17 QR codes at village points. In addition, through the model of "Border Lessons", the Station not only goes to schools but also organizes field trips at landmarks to practically disseminate to teachers and students knowledge about laws and contents related to territorial sovereignty , national border security, history and traditions of the Border Guard force.

In addition, Vang Ma Chai Border Guard Station has established Zalo groups connecting border guards with village chiefs and people to propagate and implement Project 1371 with vivid and familiar videos and images, suitable for the level, language and voice of ethnic minorities. People's awareness and sense of law observance have been raised when 32 reports were provided, including 14 of special value, effectively supporting the fight against and prevention of crimes on the border. Thanks to that, the Station has prosecuted 1 case, arrested 1 subject for organizing others to illegally flee abroad; coordinated with Vang Ma Chai Commune Police to catch 1 subject red-handed illegally storing drugs, seizing 1.886g of heroin; discovered and seized 5 flintlock guns and many cans of alcohol illegally stored by people.

The results achieved in the past time are clear evidence of the core role of green-uniformed soldiers in disseminating and educating the law at the grassroots level. In the coming time, Vang Ma Chai Border Guard Station will thoroughly grasp and effectively implement Project 1371, focusing on strengthening the construction, consolidation and professional training for the team of reporters and propagandists of the law at the grassroots level; promoting the advantages of digital transformation and the "Digital Popular Education" Movement to continue to thoroughly grasp and more widely deploy the contents of Project 1371 to cadres, soldiers and people in border areas, contributing to building an increasingly solid national defense associated with the people's security posture in the area.
