Both were ethnic minority students studying at T78 Friendship School. On the first day of class, the homeroom teacher arranged for the two to sit at the same table at the back of the class. The two did not talk, but occasionally Giang looked over and saw Tuan's eyes looking into the distance as if he was thinking about something, which made Giang curious about this friend.

At the end of the first week of school, after finishing Math class, there was an advanced exercise that Giang did not understand clearly. During recess, Giang boldly started talking to Tuan and asked him questions. Strangely, Tuan seemed to have become a different person, explaining the lesson enthusiastically and meticulously like a teacher, surprising Giang. Gradually, the two talked to each other more. Whenever they encountered a difficult exercise, they would work together to find the best way to solve it.

At the end of 10th grade, after knowing that both of them were excellent students, during the year-end party before summer vacation, Giang received a bunch of royal poinciana flowers hidden in her desk drawer along with a heart-shaped card with a neat handwriting from Tuan: "Let's try to study well together!". That summer vacation, the two said goodbye to each other, Tuan returned to his hometown of Cao Bang , and Giang returned to his hometown of Quang Ninh.

As scheduled, in the following semesters, both of them had many beautiful memories with the exciting group activities and many meaningful activities and competitions. In the flickering light of the campfire, both of them held hands and sang loudly with their friends the song "Linking Big Hands". Or the practice sessions for the "Elegant Students" contest, Tuan and Giang brought home first prize for the class, then the days of diligently and enthusiastically studying for the exams together.

At the beginning of the 12th grade, in the afternoon, they jogged together in the school's gymnasium. Giang confided that she dreamed of becoming a teacher in the future, "sowing letters" for children in her mountainous hometown. Tuan longed to wear a green military uniform to protect his homeland. Both held hands to express their determination to conquer their dreams with the message: "Keep trying! We can do it". The day they received the university admission notice, both were extremely happy, even more determined to continue writing the story of the future together.

When they became students, they rarely had time to see each other. Tuan and Giang often used handwritten letters to express their longing. On holidays and birthdays, the student often sent small gifts such as cute hair clips, army teddy bears, pretty bracelets or books to his girlfriend.

Sometimes, just a sincere word of encouragement at the right time and place can motivate both of you to try harder and be more determined in studying and practicing. You both are always aware that: Life is not always rosy, sometimes there are difficulties and challenges, but as long as there is someone to encourage and accompany you, with the power of love, both of you will overcome.
