At the conference, Colonel Nguyen Quang Nhat, Head of the Department of Guidance, Propaganda, Investigation and Handling of Traffic Accidents, Traffic Police Department informed officers and employees of Corps 20 about the Road Traffic Law, warned about traffic accidents through video clips; contents related to ensuring road traffic safety and order and driver ethics, contributing to building traffic culture.

During the propaganda session, the reporter introduced many situations of road traffic accidents, experiences in handling traffic situations and traffic culture. Many questions were enthusiastically responded by workers.

The propaganda session is part of a series of coordinated activities between the Traffic Police Department and Army Corps 20 signed annually, thereby contributing to raising awareness and self-consciousness in complying with road traffic safety laws of workers in the system, especially those directly involved in production at port facilities and driving motor vehicles.
