Seeking feedback on 47 land acquisition projects.

From now until May 9th, the Provincial People's Committee is soliciting feedback on the Draft Resolution supplementing the list of works and projects requiring land acquisition, including projects for land acquisition to auction land use rights and tender for the selection of investors to implement land-use projects in Dong Nai province in 2025 (first draft).

According to the aforementioned draft resolution, the Provincial People's Committee is seeking opinions on a total of 47 land acquisition projects before submitting them to the Provincial People's Council for approval. These include 27 infrastructure projects requiring land acquisition for implementation in 2025, with a total land acquisition area of ​​172 hectares; 5 projects requiring land acquisition for auctioning land use rights in 2025, with a total land acquisition area of ​​over 74 hectares; and 15 projects requiring land acquisition for bidding to select investors to implement land-use projects in 2025, with a total land acquisition area of ​​nearly 449 hectares.
