The rustic, traditional dishes served to tourists are prepared by the locals in Binh Thanh community tourism village such as: Banh xeo, mixed jackfruit, grapefruit salad, corn ram, grilled snakehead fish, banh chung, banh tet, banh it, banh bot loc, banh su se, grilled dishes, sweet soup,... In addition, tourists can also enjoy a variety of local specialty fruits such as grapefruit, dwarf banana, banana, royal banana, star apple,... along with special art performances and bai choi.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoang Hai, in Truong Quang Trong Ward ( Quang Ngai City) said that when she heard about the "Countryside Cuisine" program in Binh Thanh, her family and I were very excited to visit. "I really like the community tourism products in Binh Thanh. It's really interesting to enjoy delicious rustic dishes such as jackfruit salad, banh xeo, banh beo, banh bot loc, banh su se... in the middle of a peaceful countryside setting; the children can also enjoy activities in the countryside, helping them have a childhood full of memories," Ms. Hai shared.

The “Countryside Cuisine” Festival is a practical activity to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2025) and International Labor Day (May 1). Thereby, promoting local community tourism products, attracting visitors and experiencers; contributing to helping local people improve their income.
Director of Binh Thanh Doan Phu Viet Nam Agricultural - Service and Community Tourism Cooperative said that the "Countryside Cuisine" Festival had nearly 50 households in Binh Thanh participating. The program was held for 2 nights from April 30 to May 1, from 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Ba Danh field, Binh Thanh village, Hanh Nhan commune. On the first day of the event, it attracted more than 10,000 visitors to visit and experience.
