It promoted the image of a beautiful and hospitable Vietnam, and Hanoi – a city for peace and a creative city in the field of Design as recognized by UNESCO. It positioned the brand of Vietnamese cinema in line with a vision of integrated and sustainable cultural and artistic development.

This is a particularly important event not only for cinema but also contributes significantly to promoting the image of Vietnam as a safe, friendly, hospitable, and integrated country.
Therefore, each member involved in organizing the Film Festival needs close coordination and thorough review of every task to ensure that the activities and events within the Film Festival will be engaging and highly effective, contributing to elevating the brand of the Hanoi International Film Festival, promoting the image of the nation and Hanoi - the heart of the country - to the film industry, domestic and international audiences..."
