On the evening of February 3rd, at the Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Labor Cultural Palace (Hanoi), the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in collaboration with the Culture Newspaper and other relevant units, organized the art program "The Road Ahead," to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam , the 40th anniversary of the country's reform process since the 6th Party Congress; and to celebrate the success of the 14th Party Congress.

Lasting 80 minutes, the program is structured as a comprehensive art form, combining music , drama, and documentary footage to create a continuous narrative spanning the past, present, and future. The performance brings together many beloved artists such as People's Artist Quoc Hung, Meritorious Artist Tan Nhan, singers Dong Hung, Ta Quang Thang, Dao Mac, Thu Hang, National Child Singer Champion Duong Duc Hai, along with the Vietnam National Academy of Music Choir and the Selena Dance Troupe.
“The Chosen Path” opens with a comprehensive artistic language, combining physical dance and dramatic scenes in songs such as: “Footprints Ahead,” “You Are the Unwavering Faith in Victory,” and “The Light of the Path,” recreating the historical context before the Party's founding, affirming that the emergence of the Communist Party of Vietnam was a decisive turning point, illuminating the path for the national revolution.

Building upon that foundation, "Today's Milestones" continues with documentary footage showcasing the country's achievements after 40 years of reform, and exemplary stories and figures representing the spirit of dedication, responsibility, and aspiration. Contemporary performances such as "The Country Today," "Living Like Flowers," and "A Vast New Path" affirm the strength of national unity and the comprehensive leadership role of the Party.
The appearance of gymnast Dinh Phuong Thanh (with a record of 14 SEA Games gold medals over 6 consecutive editions (2015-2025) and a bronze medal at the 2014 Asian Games) presented the image of a young person persistent in their chosen path. Looking back on his many years of dedication to gymnastics, he believes that contribution is not only about medals, but also about the reasons why an athlete continues to stay in the profession, overcoming their own limitations to inspire the next generation.

Miss Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc (Outstanding Young Citizen of Ho Chi Minh City 2025) shared: “Living beautifully is not a title, but a choice to live each day. Young people today need to know how to use their knowledge, voice, and influence to create positive value for the community, starting with small but persistent actions that are responsible to society and the future of the country.”

Concluding the program, "The Road Ahead" opened up a vibrant artistic space with large-scale performances, combining stage interactions with outstanding young figures in the fields of art, sports, and social activities.
