Miss Universe 2023 Finals: What are Bui Quynh Hoa's chances?
The journey of Bui Quynh Hoa, Vietnam's representative, and over 80 other contestants at Miss Universe 2023 is drawing to a close. Ahead of the Miss Universe 2023 final, the 1998-born beauty revealed the evening gown she will wear on this important night. Accordingly, Bui Quynh Hoa will wear a dress called "Pink Diamond" designed by Linh San.
"The design was completed by a team of master beadwork artisans with over 10 years of experience, taking more than 300 hours. Thousands of delicate pink gemstones are spread across the dress, combined with eye-catching tassels to create a theatrical effect with every movement," Bui Quynh Hoa shared.

Ahead of the Miss Universe 2023 final, the organizers announced that the judges will select the Top 20 and Top 10 finalists. The contestant with the most votes will automatically advance to the Top 11 and have the opportunity to showcase their evening gowns. Following that, the five contestants with the highest scores will proceed to the question-and-answer round to determine the winner of the Miss Universe 2023 crown.
Currently, Bui Quynh Hoa's ranking on the predicted rankings of reputable beauty websites is also receiving attention from the beauty community. According to the predicted rankings of beauty websites such as Missosology, Global Beauties, and Sash Factor, Bui Quynh Hoa is not ranked in the Top 5 overall. Furthermore, the Vietnamese representative is not even included in the Top 20 predictions of some beauty websites before the Miss Universe 2023 final.
Specifically, according to the beauty pageant website Missosology , the representative from Nicaragua is predicted to win Miss Universe 2023. The remaining four beauties in the Top 5 according to this website's prediction ranking are the representatives from Puerto Rico, Thailand, the Philippines, and South Africa.

Besides Missosology , Global Beauties also predicted the winner would be the contestant from Nicaragua. The remaining four beauties in the Top 5 predicted by Global Beauties are representatives from the Dominican Republic, France, Thailand, and Mexico.
Although the predicted rankings from beauty pageant websites are not expected to affect the final results of Miss Universe 2023, fans are still worried about Bui Quynh Hoa.
