Here, the Deputy Minister inspected the preparations at the Vo Minh Duc High School examination site (Thu Dau Mot city), the exam paper printing and copying site, the planned grading site, and worked with the Binh Duong Provincial Examination Steering Committee.

In 2023, Binh Duong province had 14,334 candidates registered to take the High School Graduation Examination at 29 examination centers, including 1 reserve center. The province mobilized nearly 2,300 officials to participate in all stages of the examination.

Reporting on Binh Duong province's preparations for the 2023 High School Graduation Examination, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training Nguyen Van Phong stated: The Provincial People's Committee has issued a Directive on strengthening the guidance and organization of the 2023 High School Graduation Examination in Binh Duong province. The Provincial Steering Committee has issued a Plan for organizing the Examination.

Binh Duong province has organized training on examination regulations and examination organization procedures for officials involved in examination work; it has also organized training and examinations for those participating in examination inspection and supervision.

The training helped the units to thoroughly understand the regulations, standardize solutions and procedures to implement and organize the 2023 High School Graduation Examination, ensuring safety, seriousness, and adherence to regulations.

The inspection and monitoring plan and organizational methods have been developed and implemented, including: checking the implementation of the curriculum and the organization of review sessions in preparation for the exam; checking the physical facilities; checking the printing and copying of exam papers; inspecting the invigilation, marking, and review of exam papers, and the process of recognizing high school graduation.

To ensure the safety and security of the exam, the Provincial Police have mobilized maximum forces to perform duties at locations for printing and copying exam papers, transporting exam papers and answer sheets, managing answer sheets, and at examination and grading centers. They have proactively coordinated to prevent, detect, investigate, and handle any irregularities during the organization of the exam.

At the same time, the police departments of districts, towns, and cities were instructed to assign members to participate in protecting the examination sites, effectively carrying out the task of protecting security, order, and safety for the examination, ensuring traffic safety, preventing fires and explosions, etc. They also assisted the examination sites in identifying the audio and video recording devices that are allowed in the examination rooms according to the regulations.

Representatives from the Binh Duong Provincial Police affirmed: The police force considers this a top priority, a political task, and will not allow any security or order issues to occur during the exam. The provincial police and the police of the districts and towns are ready for the 2023 High School Graduation Exam.

Deputy Minister Pham Ngoc Thuong - Head of the National Steering Committee for the 2023 High School Graduation Examination - hopes that Binh Duong province will build upon these experiences to organize this year's examination in the best possible way.

Acknowledging Binh Duong province's proactive preparations for the 2023 exam, demonstrated through the implementation and issuance of guiding documents on exam organization, the development and implementation of training plans, the progress of inspection and supervision work, and the preparation of facilities and personnel, Deputy Minister Pham Ngoc Thuong emphasized that "no matter how thorough the preparation is, it's never enough in exams," and requested Binh Duong province to continue focusing on several key tasks and projects.

Specifically, the Deputy Minister requested that Binh Duong province do a good job of publicizing the nature and scale of the exam and conduct thorough training. In the training, attention should be paid to new content, individualizing the training target, and presenting hypothetical scenarios for training. "The principle is that all officials participating in the exam must be trained, including the reserve team," the Deputy Minister said.

"Selecting, assigning, and controlling personnel is crucial. Any small mistake by an individual will affect the exam not only at the provincial level but also nationwide," the Deputy Minister shared.

Given the large scale of the examination, with the participation of many departments, localities, and units, the Deputy Minister suggested that Binh Duong province needs to do a good job of coordination, with the Department of Education and Training taking the initiative to propose solutions.
