In recent years, the education sector has received good news during the admissions season: the cut-off scores for many teacher training programs have soared. The teachers around me are delighted because the status of the teaching profession is being strengthened and nurtured by sound policies for the teaching profession.

Good news regarding the teaching profession continues to pour in following a series of policy decisions from various departments aimed at "reviving" teacher training colleges after a long period of decline due to the rise of "hot" and trendy professions.

These include policies to waive tuition fees and provide living expenses for education students, policies to guarantee job placement for graduates, and a series of policies to increase salaries and relieve pressure on teachers...

These policy changes, combined with the inherent love for teaching and children in young people, have led to a clear vision of becoming a teacher at the tender age of 18.

It's encouraging to see that the entrance scores for some teacher training programs are gradually "reviving" and rising to be on par with many other "hot" programs.

It's gratifying to see that many excellent and outstanding students choose teacher training colleges as their destination, soaring to new heights with their dreams of becoming "seed sowers." And it's also gratifying that the common saying, "only those with no other options choose teacher training," is no longer a haunting specter during every admissions season.

For many years, there was a widespread trend of families registering for police academy, medicine, and engineering programs, while the education sector once resorted to a "grab whatever they could" recruitment method. Public opinion was concerned when the education sector went to extreme lengths to meet its enrollment quotas...

Nowadays, young people who want to enter teacher training programs shouldn't fantasize that just studying mediocrely and having average abilities will easily get them a place! Parents who want their children to become teachers shouldn't have the illusion that simply having them be "a little bit obedient" and earning a teaching degree will guarantee their future!

"A good teacher builds a strong nation" - a timeless lesson that retains its value, affirming the position and role of teachers in the task of training and nurturing young people, contributing to building a strong nation.

To build a strong nation, education must be a top national priority, with specific incentive policies and the preservation of the moral values of respecting teachers and elders to create a solid foundation for the country.

The teaching profession is about "nurturing people." Standing on the podium to impart knowledge and nurture the souls of generations of students is a great honor, but also a very demanding one.

A teacher needs not only the profound knowledge of a scientist , constantly cultivating self-learning and self-improvement to become a shining example for children, but also the heart of a mother—compassionate, selfless, and patiently guiding the wavering and distorted perceptions, attitudes, and behaviors of young children who are still too immature to understand the world around them.

In an education system undergoing rapid transformation due to the powerful impact of technology and artificial intelligence (AI), learning in the AI era will undoubtedly change, but it is certain that no technology can replace the loving heart and passionate dedication of educators in guiding the younger generation towards good deeds and positive values.

Whether a student's academic performance declines or improves daily, whether their discipline becomes stagnant or shows commendable progress, whether their career path is suitable or misguided... all require the teacher's presence to nurture and cultivate their intellect, character, dreams, and aspirations.

As the Teachers' Day on November 20th approaches, my heart is filled with anticipation for countless seeds of goodness, health, and kindness to be nurtured and cultivated with the love of the profession, affection for children, enthusiasm to ignite the flame of love, and the relentless efforts of those who guide them on their educational journey.
