The song " Lao Cai Shines Bright Under the Dawn," with music from Hanoi and lyrics by Hong Thanh Tam, was composed to celebrate the success of the First Provincial Party Congress. It presents a radiant picture of a land "awakening," welcoming the "sunbeams" of the new era. The song is not just a musical work, but also a love song praising the beauty of the land and people of Lao Cai. It expresses pride and confidence in the province's bright future, guided by the light of the Party.
Continuing that emotional thread, composer Le Minh, with his work "The Affection of the Highland People," expresses the bond between ethnic groups, the sharing of joys and sorrows as two regions unite, creating immense inner strength to overcome all difficulties. The aspiration for growth and progress of Lao Cai province is expressed through the vibrant rhythm and powerful lyrics of "Lao Cai Soars" by composer Kieu Duc Thang. The image of Lao Cai "soaring" symbolizes a phoenix spreading its wings atop the majestic Fansipan peak, carrying the will of millions of hearts hướng towards a prosperous future.
Composer Phùng Chiến, with his song "Lao Cai, Spring of Dreams," has instilled in listeners a belief in a bright future. In the song, spring is not only a season of changing nature, but also a season of grand plans and dreams of a prosperous and happy life gradually becoming a reality throughout the homeland.
Besides musical melodies, the literary sphere also leaves its mark with works reflecting the times. Writer Nguyen Hien Luong, with his work "Lao Cai Confidently Striving Towards a New Era," has given readers a profound and comprehensive understanding of the province's current stature. With his sharp writing style and logical thinking, the author analyzes the potential, strengths, and challenges that Lao Cai is facing. The work not only records actual events but also affirms the position, internal strength, and resilience of a locality standing at the "threshold" of great opportunities in the digital age to build a prosperous, beautiful, and civilized Lao Cai.

Prominent among these inspirations is the gentle yet profound poetry of poetess Dao Ngoc Lan with her work "Sharing One Roof": “July 2025, a lasting mark/Two provinces merge, singing the same song/ Yen Bai of old and Lao Cai of vastness/Once again united under one roof.”
The poem speaks for the hearts of tens of thousands of people who came together under a common name after the reunification. With a warm, sincere, and simple tone, the author compares the unity and harmony between people and the land to the red bricks building the sturdy and prosperous house of Lao Cai. The poem touches upon the deepest emotions of solidarity, all directed towards the goal of building a prosperous homeland.
Poet Duong Soai, who has a deep connection with the borderland and is famous for his timeless poems, continues to make his mark with the work "Lao Cai in a New Era": “Exploiting rare earth resources, opening transportation routes/Railways, air routes, and wide-open roads/With the Party's guidance, Lao Cai transforms into a dragon/Soaring to a new era!”

The image of "Lao Cai becoming a dragon" not only expresses the aspiration for advancement and prosperity but also affirms absolute faith in the leadership of the Party.
