According to the Daily Mail , the entire Manchester City squad has agreed to refund the ticket money to 374 fans present at the match, totaling £9,357. The official announcement was made by the team's leaders, including Bernardo Silva, Ruben Dias, Rodri, and Erling Haaland.
In a joint statement, the players emphasized their utmost appreciation for the fans and affirmed that the refunds were merely "the minimum necessary step."
Sharing this message on social media, striker Erling Haaland affirmed that the entire team will strive to overcome this difficult period and, together with the fans, bring Man City back on track. The official Supporters' Club representative, Kevin Parker, also expressed his emotion at the players' actions, considering it clear evidence of the special bond between the team and its supporters.

Man City were a huge disappointment. Photo: Reuters . |
In the recent match, most Man City fans had to fly to Oslo and then take a connecting flight to Bodo, enduring sub-zero temperatures in the Arctic Circle region to support their beloved team. However, all they received was a lackluster and disappointing performance.
The defeat against Bodo/Glimt plunged Manchester City into deep disappointment. Striker Haaland couldn't hide his frustration, frankly describing the team's performance as "shameful." Notably, Rodri was sent off in the second half after receiving two yellow cards in less than a minute, making the English team's situation even more difficult.
This is an alarming result, especially considering Man City have just gone through a slump in form, winning only 2 of their last 7 matches in all competitions, including a heavy defeat in the Manchester derby at Old Trafford last weekend.
