Ms. Huong Giang (living in Hanoi) said that from around 10 am, although her phone was still on and working normally, customers calling her said they could not contact her. "Customers thought I had turned off my phone so they texted me via Zalo to ask. After that, I tried calling but sometimes I got through and sometimes I didn't" - Ms. Giang said.
Many other users of VinaPhone network also experienced sudden loss of signal. "At first, I thought my phone was broken so I kept restarting it, then I realized it was the network operator's fault" - said one user.

On technology forums, many users expressed their frustration with VinaPhone's incident, and many even said they wanted to switch to another network because their work was greatly affected.
Notably, the VinaPhone network operator's hotline numbers also encountered errors, making it impossible for users to contact and discuss problems encountered.
As of 1:30 a.m. on June 14, some users said they still could not use the VinaPhone network to communicate.
Speaking to a reporter from Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of VinaPhone said that at noon on June 14, the network encountered a technical problem, which disrupted customer communication in some areas. VinaPhone's technical team is urgently handling the problem and the problem is gradually being resolved.
"VinaPhone sincerely apologizes to customers for this inconvenience and hopes to receive your understanding and sharing," said a VinaPhone representative.
