VinaPhone network is experiencing issues and is still working to resolve them.

(NLĐO) - The VinaPhone outage has affected the personal and work communication of many people.

Around noon on June 14th, many VinaPhone subscribers in Hanoi and surrounding areas reported being unable to make or receive calls.

Ms. Huong Giang (residing in Hanoi) said that from around 10 a.m., although her phone was still on and functioning normally, customers calling her were told they couldn't reach her. "Customers thought I had turned off my phone, so they messaged me via Zalo to ask. Then, when I tried calling, it was sometimes through and sometimes not," Ms. Giang said.

Many other VinaPhone users also experienced sudden signal loss. "At first, I thought my phone was broken so I kept restarting it, only to find out later that the problem was with the network," one user said.

On technology forums, many users expressed frustration over the VinaPhone outage, with quite a few even stating they wanted to switch to another network provider because it significantly affected their work.

Notably, VinaPhone's customer service hotline numbers are also experiencing errors, preventing users from contacting them to discuss any problems they encounter.

As of 1:30 AM on June 14th, some users reported still being unable to use the VinaPhone network for communication.

Speaking to a reporter from Nguoi Lao Dong newspaper, a representative from VinaPhone stated that at noon on June 14th, the network experienced a technical issue, disrupting communication for customers in some areas. VinaPhone's technical team is working urgently to resolve the problem, and it is gradually being fixed.

"VinaPhone sincerely apologizes to our valued customers for this inconvenience and hopes for your understanding and cooperation," said a VinaPhone representative.
