Because, there are cases that stem from minor conflicts related to seating arrangements in a company, yet the consequences are extremely serious: one person dead, four others injured. What's even more concerning is that the injured were also defendants, as in the case that occurred on March 9, 2022, in an industrial park in Chơn Thành town ( Bình Phước province).
Accordingly, due to a disagreement regarding seating arrangements at the company between female worker Le Thi Kim Cuc and manager Nguyen Thi Trang, Trang, in anger, messaged her sister about the incident. The next day, Trang's sister and five others arrived near Trang's company to "settle the matter," leading to a brawl. Cuc fatally stabbed one person and injured four others in Trang's group... However, the injured, along with another defendant in Trang's group, were also convicted by the court for "disturbing public order"; among them were two married couples, and all the defendants were raising young children...

Murder cases stemming from trivial conflicts in daily life, like the one mentioned above, were also raised by a trade union official from a company in the Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park (Binh Phuoc province) during a meeting with National Assembly representatives from Binh Phuoc province on May 16th. This included instances of fighting and brawling outside company gates, causing a disruption of public order and security, and the need for timely assistance from the industrial park's security forces.
To prevent minor conflicts from escalating into major consequences, the cooperation of other workers in civilized and appropriate behavior is essential. Local trade unions also need to be vigilant and promptly address any instability that arises during work to resolve and quell it from its inception. Furthermore, company security and security forces in industrial parks need to quickly intervene to prevent and handle any incidents that occur.
