"I started practicing meditation at the same time I began prenatal yoga and found it particularly effective in keeping my heart rate stable and balancing my emotions. Deep breathing also helps improve blood circulation, thereby enhancing overall health," she shared.
For Phuong Mai, meditation doesn't necessarily have to take place in a quiet space or follow strict rules. It can be short moments of stillness amidst the hustle and bustle of life, as long as people know how to return to their breath and the present moment.
"Whenever I face pressure or unpleasant situations, I close my eyes and meditate. Even when sitting in the car traveling between meetings, I can put on some relaxing music, focus on my breathing, and relax my mind," the female MC said.
After officially becoming single, Phuong Mai didn't choose to withdraw into herself but instead appeared with a dynamic, positive, and energetic image. On social media, she often shares moments of exercising, working, traveling, or spending time with her son.
