On December 25, the People's Committee of Cay Gao Commune (Trang Bom District, Dong Nai ) issued a notice to find relatives of two abandoned newborn babies in the area, including one boy and one girl.

According to the announcement, the two babies were abandoned at around 7:00 p.m. on December 24, in Tan Lap hamlet (Cay Gao commune). The health of the two babies is normal.
The People's Committee of Cay Gao Commune announces that within 7 days (from December 25), whoever is the father and mother of the two newborn babies above should contact the People's Committee of the Commune to resolve the issue of receiving their children back. After the above deadline, the authorities will carry out the procedures according to the provisions of law.
Previously, on the evening of December 24, people discovered the two newborn babies abandoned on the side of the road. Next to it was a letter with the content: "I am a single mother, due to difficult circumstances, I cannot raise two children. I hope that the two children will be adopted by a family with infertility problems. I have no other choice, so I have to do this."
