On December 25th, the People's Committee of Cay Gao commune (Trang Bom district, Dong Nai province) issued a notice seeking the relatives of two abandoned newborns in the area, one boy and one girl.

According to the announcement, the two babies were abandoned at approximately 7 PM on December 24th, in Tan Lap hamlet (Cay Gao commune). Both babies are in normal health.
The People's Committee of Cay Gao Commune announces that within 7 days (starting from December 25th), anyone who is the father or mother of the two newborns should contact the People's Committee of the commune to have their children reclaimed. After the aforementioned deadline, the authorities will carry out the procedures according to the law.
Earlier, on the evening of December 24th, residents discovered two abandoned newborns by the roadside. Alongside them was a letter that read, "I am a single mother who, due to difficult circumstances, cannot raise these two babies. I hope they will be adopted by a childless family. I have no other choice but to do this."
