In recent years, thanks to the decisive leadership of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee, and efforts to improve the investment environment, the business community in Tay Ninh has become an important force, contributing to promoting economic growth, shifting the labor structure, improving people's lives, and affirming the province's position in the Southern Key Economic Region.

Efforts to innovate production and business methods.

According to statistics, Tay Ninh province currently has over 31,800 registered businesses with a total registered capital of over 918,267 billion VND, concentrated in the fields of processing industry, renewable energy, high-tech agriculture, trade - services and tourism. These businesses contribute over 60% to the province's economy , contribute over 24% to the province's budget, and provide employment for 77% of the local workforce.

Viet Golden Rice Production and Trading Joint Stock Company commenced operations in 2021. This rice mill is considered one of the largest and most capable in Tay Ninh province today, boasting a production line with advanced technology. Over the years, to ensure food safety and nutritional standards for its products, and to guarantee market access for agricultural produce, the company has partnered with farmers to implement a project for milling and purchasing high-quality rice according to VietGAP standards.

Ms. Dao Duy Bang Thanh, Quality Director of Viet Golden Rice Production and Trading Joint Stock Company, stated: “The Duc Thanh Viet Golden Rice Cooperative Model is a project linking milling and guaranteed purchase of high-quality rice products according to VietGAP standards, covering an area of ​​up to 2,220 hectares with approximately 760 participating farmers. The biggest goal of the project is to build a quality-assured raw material area by providing agricultural supplies, pesticides, and related activities in the cultivation process to produce high-quality rice grains. Simultaneously, farmers will have access to policies for agricultural product output and guaranteed purchase by participating units, with Viet Golden Rice Production and Trading Joint Stock Company being the main purchasing agent.”

This model has contributed to changing farmers' perceptions and production techniques, shifting from old production methods to new ones that apply science and technology, ensuring stable and sustainable raw material areas, thereby increasing income and protecting the ecological environment, promoting the development and stability of raw material areas serving rice processing in the province, and also serving as a prerequisite for ensuring that stakeholders in the value chain share benefits, responsibilities, and invest effectively. The value chain production model changes farmers' mindset from fragmented, small-scale production to production linkages, focusing on applying sustainable production processes, achieving high standards, and meeting the increasingly high demands of the market.

Nguyen Van Chau (residing in Long Phu hamlet, Long Chu commune) said: “When participating in the project, we received support in terms of capital and fertilizers. The company also assigned technical staff to guide and support farmers in the process of growing rice according to VietGAP and organic methods. The rice market is stable, and the people are happy.”

For many years, Tam Lan Tea Co., Ltd. has applied a green, circular agricultural model, which not only brings high economic efficiency but also actively contributes to environmental protection, aiming for sustainable development. In particular, since 2022, the company has put into operation a new production plant that meets GMP-ISO 22000:2018 standards, which has contributed to creating high-quality products. Currently, in addition to nationwide distribution, Tam Lan Tea products are available in many international markets.

The products are exported to many countries around the world, including France, Australia, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, and the United States…”

In addition to focusing on production, many businesses actively participate in social welfare activities, building charitable houses, supporting poor students, contributing to the Disaster Prevention and Control Fund, the Fund for the Poor, etc. Through these efforts, they clearly demonstrate their social responsibility and commitment to local development.

To create favorable conditions for businesses to operate, the province has recently issued many support programs and plans, including a plan to support small and medium-sized enterprises; implementing the "Program to support private sector businesses in sustainable operation"; implementing the "National program to support businesses in improving productivity and product and goods quality";...

Furthermore, by the end of September 2025, the province will have 28 science and technology enterprises. To promote the sustainable development of these enterprises, during the 2020-2025 period, the Department of Science and Technology implemented many solutions and policies to support enterprises in carrying out science and technology tasks, applying technical advancements, and innovating technology to research and develop new products, improve productivity, quality, and competitiveness. As a result, 15 enterprises received support with a total budget of over 25 billion VND from the state budget. The success rate of projects and tasks reached over 80%, many products have been commercialized and have initially established their position in domestic and international markets.

Furthermore, the province has proactively implemented activities to support organizations and individuals in registering intellectual property rights, with over 400 trademarks being guided, supported, and granted protection certificates domestically, including many collective trademarks and certification marks for the province's specialties...

Leveraging its strengths in traditional food processing combined with technological innovation, since its inception in 2019, Tan Nhien Co., Ltd. has mastered modern production processes. The production technology is implemented stably, ensuring food safety, contributing to increased added value from local raw materials, and enhancing competitiveness in the market. Annually, the company introduces many high-quality products to the market, such as: ultra-thin rice paper (900 tons/year), spring roll rice paper (500 tons/year), and fresh rice paper (700 tons/year). Currently, the company's products serve over 5,000 domestic retail outlets and are exported to many countries worldwide.
