Efforts to innovate production and business methods

According to statistics, Tay Ninh province currently has more than 31,800 registered enterprises with a total registered capital of more than VND 918,267 billion, concentrated in the fields of processing industry, renewable energy, high-tech agriculture, trade - services and tourism. Enterprises contribute more than 60% to the economic scale, contributing to more than 24% of the province's budget and creating jobs for 77% of local workers.

Lua Vang Viet Production and Trading Joint Stock Company has been in operation since 2021. This is a rice factory that is considered to have a large scale and capacity in Tay Ninh today, owning a production line with advanced technology. In recent years, in order to bring products that meet food safety and nutrition standards, while ensuring output for agricultural products, the company has cooperated with farmers to implement a milling project and purchase high-quality rice products according to VietGAP standards.

Ms. Dao Duy Bang Thanh - Quality Director of Lua Vang Viet Production and Trading Joint Stock Company, said: "The Duc Thanh Lua Vang Viet Association model is a project to link milling and purchasing high-quality rice products according to VietGAP standards with an area of up to 2,220 hectares, with about 760 participating farming households. The biggest goal of the project is to build a quality-assured raw material area through the provision of agricultural materials, pesticides and activities related to the cultivation process to create quality rice grains. At the same time, farmers will have access to output policies for agricultural products, which will be purchased by the units participating in the project, in which Lua Vang Viet Production and Trading Joint Stock Company is the main purchasing unit."

This model has contributed to changing farmers' awareness and production techniques, creating a shift from old production methods to new production methods applying science and technology, ensuring stable and sustainable raw material areas, thereby increasing income and protecting the ecological environment, promoting the development and stability of raw material areas for rice processing in the province, and at the same time is a premise to ensure that the participants in the value chain share benefits, responsibilities and invest effectively. The value chain production model changes farmers' thinking from fragmented, small-scale production to production linkage, focusing on applying sustainable production processes, meeting high standards, meeting the increasing demands of the market.

Nguyen Van Chau (residing in Long Phu hamlet, Long Chu commune) said: “When participating in the project, we were supported with capital and fertilizer. The company also arranged technical staff to guide and support farmers in the process of growing rice according to VietGAP and organic methods. The rice output is stable, and the people are also happy.”

To facilitate the operation of enterprises, recently, the province has issued many support programs and plans, including a plan to support small and medium enterprises; implementing the "Program to support private sector enterprises to do sustainable business"; implementing the "National program to support enterprises to improve productivity and quality of products and goods";...

In addition, by the end of September 2025, the whole province had 28 science and technology enterprises. To promote the sustainable development of these enterprises, in the period of 2020-2025, the Department of Science and Technology implemented many solutions and policies to support enterprises in performing science and technology tasks, applying technical advances and technological innovation to research and develop new products, improving productivity, quality and competitiveness. As a result, 15 enterprises were supported with a total budget of more than 25 billion VND from the state budget. The rate of successful projects and tasks reached over 80%, many products were commercialized and initially affirmed their position in the domestic and foreign markets.

In addition, the province has proactively implemented activities to support organizations and individuals in registering for intellectual property protection, with more than 400 brands being guided, supported and granted domestic protection certificates, including many collective brands and certification brands for the province's specialties...

With its strengths in the field of traditional food processing combined with technological innovation, since its operation in 2019, Tan Nhien Company Limited has mastered modern production processes. Production technology is deployed stably, ensuring food safety, contributing to increasing added value from local raw materials and increasing competitiveness in the market. Every year, the company launches many high-quality products such as: super thin rice paper without soaking in water (900 tons/year), spring roll rice paper (500 tons/year), rice paper rolls (700 tons/year). Currently, the company's products serve more than 5,000 domestic points of sale and are exported to many countries around the world.
