On the morning of April 2nd, in Hanoi , The National Innovation Center (NIC), an agency under the Ministry of Finance , in collaboration with Intel Corporation, has launched the Artificial Intelligence for All program.

AI for All, developed by Intel Corporation, NIC, and in collaboration with partners such as the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology, is a nationwide self-learning program for all Vietnamese citizens, from students, office workers, housewives, and factory workers; from the elderly to the young..., enabling each individual to adapt to a world where AI is increasingly prevalent, as well as equipping them with the necessary skills for workforce and societal development.
The curriculum is now available in both English and Vietnamese. The program is divided into two main parts. The first is AI awareness: an introduction to the basic principles, practical applications, and common misconceptions about AI.
Secondly, there's the understanding of AI: a deeper exploration of how to use AI responsibly, its impact across various fields, and more.
The course lasts 4 hours. The program will award a digital badge to users who complete the course.
Speaking at the launch ceremony, Deputy Minister of Finance Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc said that AI for all is A specific, practical, and very meaningful program to implement and respond to the "Digital Popular Education" movement, as directed by General Secretary To Lam, was launched by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on March 26th.
"Implementing the program at this time is essential, immediately meeting the practical and urgent need for learning, disseminating knowledge, and improving AI application skills for administrative agencies, socio-political organizations, businesses, and the public."
"The Ministry of Finance is committed to always working alongside businesses and domestic and international partners to promote the development of the AI industry in particular, and science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation in general in Vietnam," Ms. Ngoc emphasized.
An Intel representative stated that Intel has implemented this program in many countries such as India and Japan. In Vietnam, Intel hopes to actively support and promote the popularization of AI; introducing AI to all individuals and all social strata with easily understandable and highly interactive content.
