This reality is clearly demonstrated by the activities of many FDI enterprises investing in the province. Having commenced mass production at the beginning of 2026, Boltun Vietnam Precision Co., Ltd. – a company operating in the field of precision mechanics – has quickly stabilized production and is gradually expanding its market. Products such as bolts, nuts, self-locking screws, etc., with high technical standards, are currently supplied to leading electric vehicle manufacturers in the US and Europe.
According to Mr. Jian Pei Shiu, Director of Boltun Vietnam Precision Co., Ltd., during the process of completing investment procedures and implementing production, the company received active support from the province and the Economic Zone Management Board. From resolving procedural difficulties and providing human resources support to handling import and export customs activities, everything was processed quickly, helping the company ensure production progress. It is expected that by the end of this year, the company's revenue could reach nearly 30 million USD.
In addition to administrative procedure reforms, Quang Ninh also attracts investment through its increasingly synchronized and modern industrial park infrastructure, oriented towards digital transformation and green development. This is considered a crucial foundation for the province to enhance its competitiveness and attract high-quality investment capital.
At the AMATA Song Khoai Industrial Park – one of the province's key industrial parks – 25 secondary investment projects with a total capital of over 3 billion USD have been attracted to date. According to representatives of the infrastructure investors, this result stems from Quang Ninh's continuous reform and innovation in management methods, as well as proactively preparing clean land and technical infrastructure to welcome the new wave of investment.
Besides industrial production, import and export activities in the province have also seen many positive changes. Recently, the province and relevant agencies have regularly met and held dialogues with businesses to promptly resolve difficulties and obstacles in customs clearance. In particular, organizing customs clearance on weekends has helped increase clearance time by approximately 30% per week, contributing to faster goods release and reducing warehousing costs for businesses.
According to Ms. Pham Phuong Chi, representative of Cam Pha Port Border Gate Services Company, the implementation of the one-stop mechanism, electronic customs, electronic tax payment, and shortened processing time has created very favorable conditions for businesses operating in the import and export sector.
Beyond industry and logistics, a favorable investment and business environment has also fueled the strong development of the service and tourism sectors. In recent years, Quang Ninh has continuously invested in the comprehensive development of tourism infrastructure; at the same time, it has organized numerous promotional and marketing activities to stimulate demand throughout all four seasons. This has created a wide-open space for the development of tourism and accommodation service businesses.
