Mr. Le Song Toan, Deputy Director of the Dien Xa Commune Service Supply Center, said: Following the direction of the Party Committee and the People's Committee of the commune, the unit is focusing on coordinating with the Economic Department to review land ownership; and preparing and approving the land clearance plan for the remaining households before May 30th. Currently, Dien Xa commune has handed over more than 30% of the land clearance area to the investor; including over 15 hectares of state-managed land, public transport land, and 3.28 hectares of land for which households have received compensation and committed to handing over. The locality strives to complete the handover of 100% of agricultural land by June 15th and to essentially hand over the entire construction site before June 30th.
