In 2025, summer volunteer activities in Laos will take place from June 10th to 28th, with a team of volunteers including youth union members, association members, young people, students, civil servants, young doctors, etc.
The activities were implemented with many new features, demonstrating development in scale, depth, and high specialization. In addition to continuing activities in the two traditional locations of Champasak and Attapeu provinces, this year, the campaign expanded its scope to two new provinces: Sekong and Salavan.

Key volunteer activities include: traditional education and cultural exchange; education and training, career guidance; healthcare and community health; agriculture , urban development, social welfare, and activities to strengthen friendly cooperation.
Among these, some notable activities include: Donating 5 friendship houses for Vietnamese and Lao youth, giving over 800 welfare gifts, organizing medical examinations and providing medicine for 5,000 people, donating medical equipment, organizing Vietnamese language classes, donating teaching equipment, painting classrooms, organizing 11 children's playgrounds, and 2 indoor playgrounds...
In addition to continuing agricultural and livestock training as in previous years, 2025 marks a breakthrough in thematic content as the campaign expands to new areas such as: tourism development training, tailoring, information technology combined with artificial intelligence applications, and pedagogical training for teachers in Laos. The total resources for implementing the campaign are nearly 3 billion VND.
