The victim has died.

Regarding the assault on a person in the middle of the road following a traffic accident in Ben Cat City, Binh Duong province, on January 4th, the family of the victim NTB (born in 1986, from Thanh Hoa province , currently residing in Ben Cat City) announced that Mr. B. had passed away after more than 4 days of treatment at the hospital.

The victim was brutally beaten after a traffic accident.

Previously, Mr. B. was brutally beaten by Le Van Hien (born in 1988, from An Giang province) after a traffic accident on My Phuoc Tan Van road, in Thoi Hoa ward, Ben Cat city.

The victim received emergency treatment at the hospital for over four days but was declared brain dead, with no possibility of recovery, and has since passed away.

Le Van Hien has been temporarily detained by the Ben Cat City Police to clarify his actions of "intentionally causing injury".

According to initial information, at approximately 7 PM on December 30, 2024, Le Van Hien, while driving a motorbike, collided with another motorbike driven by Mr. NTB (38 years old).

In another development, the victim's family has taken to the internet to appeal for donations to help with funeral expenses, as they are facing financial difficulties.
