The province's information systems and databases are also centrally deployed, integrating identification codes and interconnecting with the province's electronic document sending and receiving platform, maximizing operational needs. Information security and safety are always prioritized, with strict adherence to regulations on wide-area network connectivity, ensuring safe system operation and preventing data loss incidents.
Information technology human resources are also given special attention, with a dedicated team at the Provincial Party Committee Office, along with network administrators at the district and commune levels, helping to maintain stability and sustainable development for the digital transformation process in the province's political system.
Not only in the political system, Lam Dong province has also made significant progress in the government sector. The information technology infrastructure of administrative agencies from the provincial to the grassroots level has been deployed synchronously, optimizing management and operation through the online environment. Digital platforms operate stably and are seamlessly connected from the provincial to the grassroots level, including: reporting systems, administrative procedure processing, document management and operation, electronic portals, and online meeting platforms. In particular, the province has developed a data sharing platform (LGSP) through the National Integrated Platform (NDXP), enhancing inter-regional and inter-sectoral data connectivity and exchange.
Information security is also a priority for the province, with strong investment in a Security Operations Center (SOC) connected to the National Monitoring Center, along with a province-wide virus prevention and control system. Thanks to these efforts, in 2024, Lam Dong province ranked 9th out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide in terms of information security index.
Regarding human resources in this field, the latest statistics show that Lam Dong currently has a total of 252 civil servants and public employees working on information security and digital transformation. The province has established community digital technology teams at the commune level with 2,538 members, and community digital technology teams at the village and neighborhood levels with 9,088 members, ensuring support for people to access and use digital technology effectively. These achievements not only help improve the quality of management and administration but also promote the comprehensive development of the province in the digital age, opening up many new opportunities for sustainable socio -economic development in the coming period.
